Poor workmanship…
They always tell you that you don't need to be in when they come to clean your windows. That's certainly not my experience I've had to stop the cleaner driving off because he has forgotten to clean the window on the far side of the house. That's a frequent occurrence. Also they frequently fail to rinse the window adequately which means the windows dry with dirty water marks on the glass.

Used dirty water and only sloshed water on the windows. I was very disappointed. I also wanted to cancel my cleaning and sent messages but have received nothing back from Patch to confirm cancellation

I'm so sorry to hear this! As our email reply to you sent this week said, the water used in each clean is changed daily for fresh water, and is specifically purified daily so it is clean. We track and manage this very closely with each cleaner, keeping a log of all the water purity readings for each day per van.
