I was coming from a friend's house late one night and my car starts to release smoke from the hood. I pull over to the side and see that my engine has overheated and is basically gone at this point. It's late at night, I had a good time at my buddy's place, and I didn't want to let this ruin that feeling. Luckily, with Patriot Warranty, it did not. They quickly got me a tow, got me back home safely, and had a rental ready for me the next day. No one likes to pay deductibles, but with Patriot Warranty, that was probably the easiest deductible I've ever had to pay, it was so low. Great company, great service.

I have got my vehicle repaired from the Patriot Warranty numerous times in a year. My account specialist Zack was always there when I contacted him with an issue and I believe it is the easiest company to work with. The dealer also appreciates the great customer services of the Patriot Warranty and according to him he did not have to wait even for once for payment or other formalities it is very unusual for this kind of companies.

You all know what Atlanta can do to your car. We've all had that morning scratching your head staring at your car that just won't start, just because. That's why I got extended warranty, because I got tired of running around trying to use public transport while my car decided to quit on me. I got an extended coverage with Patriot Warranty for the most competitive price on the market, not the lowest but the one that made the most sense. I am very satisfied with it, I already had to use it and guess what, they gave me a replacement rental, very cheap, for the days. Awesome! And my deductible was...well, it literally was nothing, as I got that as a perk for my first year.

All I can this time is to give review about the buying process of the Patriot Warranty as it has been just 3 months into the deal. I purchased a Diamond plus plan for my 2013 Porsche 911. I told the rep I was looking for the beet coverage than factory warranty and this time I wanted full coverage as factory warranty was of no use various times when anything broke down and was not covered. He offered me a plan that has bumper to bumper coverage along with free towing, road side assistance and car rental service. The price was also lesser than I was ping to the dealer for factory warranty. I am so glad for the awesome deal I grabbed for my car from Patriot Warranty. I am very positive about the claim processing as the company has really great people to work with and I hope I would not face any issue when I would file claim.

I purchased second hand hand ford truck and its owner told me Patriot warranty provide the best coverage and is a reliable company. The truck already had an extended warranty from Patriot warranty but unfortunately it expired a month ago and the owner decided to sell it so he did not renewed it. I trusted him and got an extended plan from Patriot warranty again for the truck. I am extremely satisfied with its coverage and overall service. I took my truck to for its gears and front axle repair. The rep was there even at the midnight to pick up the call. He guided me well and I got it repaired from dealer in two days.

I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot warranty 2 years ago and filed a claim for the 2012 ML 350. Two months after buying the warranty the accelerator or a pedal sensor of the car got shot and I filed the claim. I was relieved that I got it covered. I called Patriot warranty and requested them to have it towed to the repair center because it lost all the power. They told me they will get back to me after a couple of minutes. But I had to wait for an hour. The car was towed and repaired. But next month I noticed $ 120 were deducted By Patriot warranty instead of $100. I called them to ask why this happened and they told me it was for towing services. I told them my plan covers towing as free service and fax them a copy of my contract. They apologized and promised to rectify the mistake and they did it after 1 week.

I have a 2011 Chrysler and its parts are quite expensive. I used to spend thousands of the Dollars annually on its repair. I purchased Patriotwarranty for protection of my car. When the car AC stopped working I went to the repair center and the dealer filed claim for me. The AC was fixed and Patriotwarranty paid the bill. Next time the window stopped rolling up and I went again for the repair but this time the process became so slow because the dealer and Patriotwarranty were not setting on the same price. It took 2 days to get back my car. I would suggest that Patriotwarranty should have fix prices so that claims are settled timely.

Ac Compressor of my Land Rover went out of order and I needed to get it fixed as soon possible because I was heading towards Mississippi to see my parents and the weather there was really humid and hot.
It was not possible to travel around without AC. So I called my rep he told me to take my car to the dealer and Patriot warranty will look after the payment. It took almost an entire day to get the compressor fixed but I got my car back on the road the very next day. Patriot warranty paid for the claim.
