Had my laminate floor done today id highly recommend them, when I've phoned office they have been so helpful. Connor and his helper were the lovely chaps very polite when laying the flooring.

Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. **Fitting & Installation** Pay Weekly Flooring supplies flooring products; customers are completely free to arrange and use their own fitter. For customers who require assistance, we can help identify or recommend experienced, independent fitters operating within their local area. This is provided as an additional convenience to our customers. All fitters operate as independent, self-employed tradespeople and are not employees of Pay Weekly Flooring. Fitting services are separate from the supply of flooring and are arranged directly between the customer and the independent installer. Any fitting charges are paid directly to the fitter. While we are always happy to assist with coordination and communication where possible, Pay Weekly Flooring does not carry out the installation itself and cannot control an independent fitter’s availability, attendance, scheduling or workmanship. Responsibility for the fitting service and installation remains with the independent tradesperson providing that service. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to accurately reflect the service provided and the party responsible for providing it. Any concerns relating directly to products or services supplied by Pay Weekly Flooring are taken seriously and reviewed in line with our policies and UK consumer law. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TELL U A DATE THE CARPET WILL BE FITTED FOR IT NOT TO BE FITTEd I TOOK THREE DAYS OFF WORK TO BE LIED TO EVEYDAY KNOWING THEY WAS NOT DOINF MY CARPETS THEY WILL PROMISE U THE WORLD WHEN REALITY IS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEY WILL TELL U £10 a week also a lie they take hundreds and hundreds of pounds I have made the small court aware and trading standards as this is discusting how they treat vunrable people in need save yourself the hassle and the money loss use a proper carpet place

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this review is misleading. Rachel Louise works for another flooring company that is in direct competition with us, which raises serious concerns about the motivation behind this review and the accuracy of the claims being made.

We take genuine customer feedback seriously, but we do not believe it is appropriate for individuals connected to competing businesses to post misleading reviews about our company.

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but…

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but had no choice.
3 times I have had my fitting booked in for and on them occasions they got cancelled by the fitter who is apparently the only fitter in my area. When I try and rebook I’m always given a fitting date that is weeks away. I was told when the first fitting was booked to make sure my carpet and underlay is all up which I did, I’ve been without a carpet for nearly a month now. I have kids also and have had two accidents due to nails sticking out on the stairs. It’s very unprofessional and they do not seem to care for their customers saying that the fitters are self employed and nothing they can do, but yet I was sold a package that fitting will be included with paying them on the day a fitter who they arrange, how can you use a fitter who is not reliable and costing your company bad reviews and complaints. They only have one fitter also in my area which is a joke they need someone else who actually gets up and goes to work without cancelling jobs continuously I understand things happen but 3 times???
I would avoid at all costs with this company and their fitters. They don’t take any responsibility and don’t care. Only offering a 50% refund if you wish to cancel and then trying to say I need to pay £40 if I had the carpet delivered to me. They do not offer good will gesture neither. So upset to be left without a carpet and money being taken off me for nothing.

Pay Weekly Flooring supplies and delivers flooring products. The fitter referred to in this review is an independent, self-employed tradesperson. They are not employed by Pay Weekly Flooring, and fitting charges are paid directly to the fitter.

The cancellations described in this review were therefore not cancellations made by Pay Weekly Flooring. While we will always try to assist customers with arranging fitting, we cannot control the attendance, illness, emergencies or availability of an independent tradesperson.

We also believe Trustpilot should not allow a business to be held responsible in a review for services or actions that fall outside that business's control and were carried out by an independent third party. Reviews should accurately reflect the product and service actually provided by the business being reviewed.

We completely understand the frustration caused by three cancelled appointments and will always try to help where we can. However, attributing the actions of an independent fitter directly to Pay Weekly Flooring gives other consumers a misleading impression of the service provided by our company.

We are more than happy to address any genuine concerns regarding the flooring, delivery, payments or any service provided directly by Pay Weekly Flooring.
