The guys were polite, and even though I had not cleared my living room because I forgot they would come in and help me move all the things out of the living room. They were only there for 30 minutes. And thought they were extremely professional.

Really friendly staff and didn't have to wait to long for my carpet to be fitted really pleased with it thank you and I will be ordering again soon

Really happy about the quality of work however the fitters fees are a bit on the higher side £130 to fit a bedroom and hallway with lino while having to remove your old flooring yourself. For comparison my old flooring cost £100 to fit hallway lounge and two bedrooms. Obviously you are paying more over the ten months as you would be buying the flooring yourself and paying a fitter separately but that's what you get when you pay monthly £630 for a bedroom and hallway fitted with vinyl spread over ten months for transparency purposes. The fitter was great the quality of the work is great and im happy. But if you are truly on a budget just keep in mind you could probably be paying over the odds in the long run.

Amazing from start to finish. Rep was informative and helpful and professional. Explained the turn around times costings from the off so no hidden charges. I was contacted within a week to arrange fitting, fitters arrived promptly and go straight on with the job, cleaned up after themselves and were lovely and polite. Would recommend

The fitters were very professional even after having to carry a 19ft flooring up the stairs to the 12th floor. The flooring is high quality and completes my living room. Thank you

I couldn’t recommend EasyPay Carpets enough! The whole process was so easy and straightforward from start to finish. The gentleman came out initially, showed me the different options available, and helped me choose what was right for me. I paid my first deposit on the date I chose, and literally the day after my first payment went out, I was able to call and book the fitting for the following week, which was brilliant.

The flooring itself is absolutely perfect and looks amazing. It’s been fitted to such a high standard and I’m really happy with the finished result. The whole experience was stress-free and exactly what I hoped for. I would definitely use EasyPay Carpets again! 😊

The fitters were polite and did a great job

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.

They have failed to show up for my fitting four times, and on one occasion they even provided me with the wrong fitting date. Each time, I’m then left waiting another week for a new appointment.

The communication has been absolutely appalling. Fitters have ignored my messages and on some occasions, have told me they were on their way, only to never show up.

This is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. After the experience I’ve had, I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.
I am so happy to have cancelled and received my refund.

Absolutely over the moon with my new laminate flooring! The whole process was so easy from start to finish, and I’m honestly so happy with how it looks. The fitting was done brilliantly and the finish is perfect. My living room feels like a completely different room now! Would definitely recommend!

My kitchen door was broken in two places at the bottom . I understand they dont take the rubbish but it would have been helpful if they had baged all the rubbish. I am a elderly guy with dusabilities . So no service not good

I had a few issues with money and moving and they were absolutely fantastic putting things on hold or changing my appointments when I needed. The carpet fitter was amazing and so lovely. I’m 10000% using these again! Recommend to everybody I know.

Second time using this company. Needed more carpet this time so obviously more expensive. Still shocked at the fitting cost!
They also set up our payments to weekly rather than the monthly agreed scheduled. Luckily I noticed just in time.
Fitters didn’t do a great job. Bare wood showing on stairs and carpet much more bumpy than the previous job.
Probably shop around in the future.

It's an all around excellent service that helps all people who can't afford new flooring in one payment. I've used this service twice now and my home looks amazing
