Great bike insurance company that walks the talk!
We had been with Pedalsure for 2 years when sadly our family e-cargo bike was stolen, in bright daylight at 9am close to a high street, after school drop.
Chloe was very helpful and approachable throughout all the steps taken for our claim. Pedalsure reviewed the claim and opted in our favour. I can only recommend them to anyone riding an e-cargo or e-bike nowadays with the growing number of thefts out there.

Only just taken out my policy, not made any claim but the service just to get setup was good! Nice, quick & easy! Also very quick communication when I asked a few questions! Email response time was good!

Speedy and reliable service on my second claim. Only room for improvement would be the ability to speak to someone on the phone, however emails were responded to in a timely manner and claim resolved efficiently!
I'd like to also give a mention to Chloe who provides a sterling service and is an asset to the firm.

Great communication and reasonable prices
Chloe was quick and efficient when helping me through their claims process. I had an issue regarding a stolen battery and they made the situation far less harrowing than it could have been.

Quick and easy process…
Quick and easy process to submit the claim. I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was. I submitted all the required documents and evidence of the theft (angle grinder attack on lock) and within days I had a positive response. Once the acceptance form was completed payment was approved quickly. Recommended

Cheap insurance but only direct debit from bank
Cheap insurance, easy to take out. Options to add additional cover. Not 5 start as only option for payment is direct debit from back account and I would have preferred to pay on credit card.
