Having searched the market for quite a while for a company to arrange a pension I finally decided on pence pension I was very nervous letting a company deal with all my pensions and amount of funds but I needn’t have worried because first contact was with a financial advisor named Kirk yoemans who explained everything to me and how things would work etc he would continually check market rates keeping me updated if I was unsure of anything he was a phone call away but would always get back to me if not free at that moment. Finally moving onto next stage with a pensions advisor called liv Carey she kept me fully updated with weekly emails she even went above and beyond complaining to one of my pension providers about how long it was taking to transfer funds which resulted in a nice cheque from the company as a good will gesture both Kirk and liv were excellent and I would not hesitate and recommend pence to any one looking to set up a pension thank you pence

My experience has been very positive. Both in terms of advice and execution. The financial advisor was very careful to make sure that what he was selling me was appropriate - somewhat frustrating - but he was being careful and diligent; basically doing his job. The execution subsequently was smooth and to plan.

I dealt with James in my initial consultation and then with Liv as the process began. I was given plenty of options of annuity, lump sum etc and I was offered an option that had never been mentioned to me before and suited exactly what I was looking for. An annuity until I am of state pension age but a protected lump sum also. Liv kept in constant touch throughout the process and made sure I knew where I was and what to expect. This was incredibly helpful as I didn't feel out of the loop at any time! I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to utilise your pension in the best way for you.
