Very easy on-boarding process with Peoplesafe. Tessa has really helped
We have recently appointed Peoplesafe as our lone working device provider.
The on-boarding process has been really easy to navigate and Tessa our Customer Onboarding Manager has been available whenever we needed.
We are just going live and the portal is really easy to navigate and use and devices are intuitive with great features.

Currently rolling out the Peoplesafe App across the Trust to all our peripatetic lone workers and can't thank Tessa enough for all her assistance with on-boarding and promoting take up. Still some way to go here but with the continued support of the Peoplesafe team i know we will get there.

We have been with Peoplesafe since 2023, and the service has been excellent throughout. Gloris Allkja has been incredibly helpful, and his support has made a real difference. Tessa: The Driving Force Behind PeopleSafe Implementation
The successful rollout of PeopleSafe devices across almost 300 retail stores owes a massive debt to Tessa's support. Her exceptional hard work, total dedication, and willingness to consistently go the extra mile were the driving forces behind this implementation journey. Nothing was too much trouble for her to handle.
Her patience in re-explaining processes was invaluable and a godsend to the team. For future projects, especially those requiring complex, large-scale onboarding, I wholeheartedly recommend Tessa.

People safe - Great staff
Just wanted to give both Gemma and Dominic at people safe a big well done. Their approach to dealing with my issues were great. Issues resolved quickly and easily talking via the chat service. Orders were delivered fast with no hassle following the link sent from Royal mail. Nice to just give a little Kudos to people doing their job, but doing it well. Thank you.

Amazing customer service from Simon
Set a timed alarm and when I closed it off I received a phone call. I explained to Simon on the other end that this keeps happening and Simon explained why this was the case. He explained in great detail a service that peoplesafe provide I was unaware of that I had triggered causing me to receive the phone calls. Simon's patience with me and expert knowledge shows he is an absolute credit to the team at peoplesafe and their service.

Thank you Rebecca and Tessa!
We are now into the final stages of our implementation process thanks to the hard work and support we have received from Rebecca and Tessa! Tessa helped me massively with the uploading stage of the rollout and put us into a position to be able to start training our colleagues and rolling out their devices quicker than we had anticipated. The communication has been incredible as we've had regular catch up's and been able to fix any potential issues promptly.
It's been a pleasure to work with Rebecca and Tessa and I look forward to continuing this relationship as we keep our colleagues protected in their working environment. Thanks for your hard work and continued support guys :)
