Exceptional Support and Expertise in Peoplesafe Portal Management
When I first took on the responsibility of managing the Peoplesafe portal for our organisation of over 5,000 staff, I expected a steep learning curve. What began as a daunting task quickly turned into a success story, thanks to consistent practice and the invaluable support I received along the way.
Matthew Francis has been an absolute cornerstone in this journey. His patience, expertise, and willingness to answer every question (no matter how many), have not only helped me master the platform but also given me the confidence to serve as the main point of contact in my organisation. Today, I can effortlessly pull high-level reports and manage the system with assurance, and I owe much of that progress to Matthew’s exceptional guidance.

Great service from a team passionate about worker safety
I have been liaising with People Safe since the beginning of the year. The organisation I work for have been exploring lone worker devices and we invited suppliers to demo their product. People Safe were by far the most professional, polished company but it wasn't just a sales pitch - their passion for the safety of workers really came across and they had a developed product roadmap, which just gave us huge confidence in their ability to deliver. Throughout the whole process they understood our strategic goals and discussed how they could help us deliver those.
A particular shout out to Sam Gerrard and Kadeer Joseph who have both been super supportive. There were times where I couldn't give definitive answers because of internal conversations and processes, however I never felt pressure from them to sign up. They were patient, offered me assistance if I needed it and then jumped straight into things once everything had been finalised.

Very helpful!
It's been great to have such professional support from Peoplesafe. Andre has been very helpful and given me some good advice when using the portal. It makes so much more sense now that I've had some proper training along with the weekly calls if needed. Andre has also been very patient with me and my blonde moments!

He has followed up the training with a call to check that all the points required were covered and ensured that we had the relevant contact numbers & Slides.
Andre covered one of the organised session's due to Matt's absence, he was also extremely helpful.

Sam & Grace Support
Sam Gerrard and Grace Finn have been a great support in implementing Peoplesafe devices within our NHS trust. Responsive, patient and they deliver.
The roll out programme has also been manageable... with helpful resources / e-learning to induct staff.

Great support and service
We've been working with Rose and Sam at Peoplesafe for a number of years now, and they've always been very supportive and are constantly developing their products. We have a mix of eSIMs, physical devices, Pro app, SOS app and all are quality built, with a good support team too. They often check in to make sure everything is going well, and we always get a quick turnaround on orders or requests.
