We rescued a puppy and had to arrange the transfer of information from the previous owner to ourselves. Holly was very helpful in arranging this and advising what we needed to do. The process was easy and quick.

I have 3 dogs all with different microchip providers and honestly wouldn’t have had any idea how to update them all or who they were even registered with so this has been a godsend!
