Needed an amendment doing to my personal details. Lovely Indy contacted me so swiftly and informed me it had been corrected. Thank you so much...great service.

Having problems as the wrong pet name has been registered with my chip number. I’ve tried to make contact 3 times now to get this resolved and not had a reply in over a week.

Trying to get hold of Indy to resolve this.

We purchased a new puppy that had the pet database chip already inserted. The website is very good to negotiate and I had to send a message to the company requesting that they transfer the puppy into my name. Indy was very good at getting back to me and the matter has now been completed within three days - very simply; I would recommend this pet chip company who are very professional, and no additional fees for the lifetime of your pet.
I would not hesitate to recommend other people use this company.

Had to rehome one of our dogs. Indy at Pet Database was extremely helpful. Speedy service and thorough i would recommend to anyone to use this service no automated chat bot. I now feel happy knowing our dogs details are with his new owner.

Great speedy service from Petdatabase to change our boy’s chip over to us as new owners. Indy was fab and fast on the email, letting me know quickly when it was all done.

Terrible customer service.
I have been trying to contact them to arrange the transfer of my pet's details to another database after I found out they now charge.
They won't answer the phone or respond to any messages or emails.
Shocking management of a company.

I needed to update my pets details because i unfortunately had to rehome her. Luckily Indy from pet database was excellent in helping ensure this was dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Great experience, I just filled in the details of my pets and chip no . Pet database did the rest . Now I am confident that both pets are registered at the same place . Just a one off fee to change everything and a couple of days it’s done

Indy from Pet database was particularly quick and helpful in getting our dog's chip transferred to us from their previous owner. It was a much quicker and simpler process than they even predicted so it was great.

Scam website. Everywhere it says it's free, but they want £15.
Also, no option to delete the account.

Pat database are brilliant they help me change my puppy microchip details over to me free the old owner that's a lot of stress of me now I that my puppy now registered under my name and address 😀
