Had to contact customer services to cancel one kit. They dealt with my request and refunded on receipt. Results were produced quickly so I would certainly recommend this company

Hi Katarina, We shipped your kit in January via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail attempted delivery twice and when you didn't collect it from them they shipped it back to us. We emailed you when it arrived back to us with a photo of the returned kit plus the stickers royal mail had applied showing their attempts to deliver, but we received no response. You then emailed us a month later to ask where your kit was. We sent you the photo again and asked whether we had the correct address for you given Royal Mail had struggled to deliver. You responded with "I don't believe that story" despite us having provided images of the physical kit Royal Mail returned to us. We're sorry Royal Mail failed to deliver. Please feel free to leave them a 1-star review instead of us. Your refund has already been processed.

Hi Frances, we are one of 90 veterinary genetics laboratories worldwide and the UK KC have a short list of 5-6 labs they accept testing from. The UK KC have always told their breeders to check which laboratories they will take results from. With respect, if you did not check with the UK KC what their requirements were that is not an issue to do with our laboratory.

Hi Kelly, We can see that you ordered our Avian Sexing test, which doesn't come with a sampling kit. The instructions for sending your sample are emailed to you within a few minutes of your order as the sample is plucked feathers. This is detailed on the test ordering page in bold text. Corrected my mistake quickly!
I made a mistake with my delivery address when using the “shop” checkout. They fixed it for me and hand wrote the correct address, so I got my delivery.

The testing itself sounds correct.
The result is online and the certificate can be printed.

Hi Emma, we are one of 90 veterinary genetics laboratories worldwide and the UK KC (which is one of hundreds of Kennel Clubs worldwide) have a short list of 5-6 labs they accept testing from, which they are very public about. The UK KC have always told their breeders to check which laboratories they will take results from and even require that their own testing laboratory is used for their Assured Breeder scheme. They do prefer that breeders use the UK KC's own testing service. We have nothing to do with the UK KC and you've left us a bad review because you didn't check what the UK Kennel Club's requirements were before buying testing online.
Wrong results x2 no replies
Ordered colour panel for my dog and sent wrong results (brown merle that doesnt carry brown or merle).i sent photo of my dog and said its obviously incorrect and they blamed it on me saying i didnt swab well enough 🙄 they sent a second kit to redo to yet again get wrong results. When i emailed saying they are wrong again i have had no reply which is strange compared to there fairly quick replies to me asking why it was taking so long. I have now sent multiple emails over a few weeks and had zero reply. Shocking company that just takes your money and sends you there guess work, never again 🤬

Wrong results, terribly slow response
Well, my certificate tells me I have a black labrador. I am sat here looking at my yellow labrador wondering if I am mad. I have another yellow labrador in the house but no others. Furthermore, the other results are not the same as those I have had from two other laboratories (both Kennel Club approved). I raised a dispute as soon as I received the results in December, providing proof (a photo of my dog and the other test results) and have been patient but am now struggling to get a response. Whilst I would like it cleared up, I think I may have to accept the waste of money and time.

I find the website unhelpful the…
I find the website unhelpful the Waiting times seem to be getting longer and they always seem to have special offer on the day after I’ve already ordered however they are cheaper than the rest so I will continue using them I feel that they should offer combination packs for example health testing and Bree testing
