Great dog bed. My dog loves it!
I unwrapped it, fluffed it up and she jumped straight in it!

With the current cost of living crisis and everything going up. Its grear that Petsnooze still offer free delivery on everything. This made the 3 items i purchased probably 10 euro cheaper in reality which means alot to me. Items took about 10 days to arrive but i was ok with this. Engraving was neat and clear and everything arrived as expected. Cheers Lee.

Delivery takes weeks and quality poor

Great experience all round. We bought a bungalow for our chihuahua and it is really good quality and Beau loves it. Warms my heart seeing him in there it’s so cosy!

This company states is is a UK business. Tracked order and it’s coming from China. Haven’t received order after 3 weeks. The Liverpool tel number given is not in use.

Happy to recommend the Milo and Daisy nose and paw butter. My dog suffers with a dry nose and her paws get cracked once the weather gets colder. I have tried another butter but this one definitely seems to be working a lot better. As far as I can see from the ingredients everything is organic the customer service confirmed this and there is a lot in the tin. It’s a little luxury for my old girl and her nose is starting to look a lot healthier. Happy to recommend this product.

Just received my 4th order, a rectangle bed with milo daisy nose butter. The bed is a good size padded around the edges and has a non slip bottom. I checked with customer service and they advises it is machine washable but on gentle at 30. The nose butter has a very nice texture, i have tried similar stuff in the past but this is higher quality. Jill X

It should be called Petsnooze, China. It takes 3 weeks to receive item. I will not use this company again. Can’t contact them to query delivery. They state, Express, the only thing that’s express, is the taking of your money.

Ordered a dog bed online on receipt the sizing was not correct was too small didnt measure as stated. Asked to return as per their policy. Had to send photos of said bed with exact measurement to prove not correct. Said had to check with warehouse before sending return address and authorising took 3 weeks of waiting. Sent back to address , photos and proof of posting. Item returned today as gone away - noone at this address. This is not a genuine company I have paid extra postage returning to an address that does not exist . Shocking customer service.

I was invited to add a review for the paw and nose butter and I have no problem recommending. I have been using it for a week now on my dogs dry nose and I am very happy with the results. Her nose looks so shiny and it seems to have softened her pads. The consistency is quite hard but warms up once you put your finger in and it smells slightly of coconut which is very pleasant. It came in a pretty bag with a little bee and bones confetti. It looks like it will last for ages even using daily and the all organic ingredients is a bonus. Amy.

Got a fabulous dog house from this website I love it! The roof is all furry and the ears are very cute the cushion inside is well padded to. Medium size in the rabbit house is perfect for my Sausage dog with room to spare she look very cosy in there in this weather. Had lots of comments from family and laughs! I would recommend it for the winter.

Petsnooze were great i ordered a collar for Donnie, and forgotten to put the engraving on. I emailed Petsnooze and they came back in a few hours and advised the order was all sorted. Collar arrived a couple of days ago and the bed i ordered arrived the following day. Free delivery even to Ireland so happy with service and price. GOOD SERVICE! David

First time reviewer but repeat customer. I just received my 3rd order from petsnooze. I have bought Bailey a rectangle bed, coat, and lead. I have seen some negative reviews but i can only provide my own personal experience which was very positive so have bought again. The bed was very well priced and more importantly Bailey loves it i have had it for 4 months now and not had any issues. I also bought the windproof coat, the sizing has S,M,L etc but you need to check the measurements and as long as you do this you wont have any issues. I own hardware shop so im used to customers not measuring things correctly, so check the measurements. Finally lead arrived today took 9 days which is ok given there are royal mail strikes at the moment. All in all no problems, pricing is about right and free delivery is a bonus. JOHN.

Beware - still waiting for our delivery and their customer service is non-existent. Sent several emails with no replies. I get the impression that our item is coming from China so who knows when/if it arrives. Will not order from them again 👎

I was asked to give a review of my recent purchase with this company. I am happy to do so. The dog house bed I received is sturdy once zipped together and also very soft to the touch I am pleased with the quality. I was happy with the customer service although I only had to get in touch with them once. The delivery was 10 days but free and worth the wait for something I couldn’t get from Amazon. Good experience and I would use this company again if required. Mary

Informative customer service I felt comfortable purchasing my cat bed once I had spoken to them about sizing. The cat bed arrived and its well stuffed and looks very warm for the winter. Pleased with the service and the product I received would recommend the hooded bed for cats who like to be curled up and warm when inside. Happy thanks Raymond.
