Great Service
Arrived 15 mins early and started work immediately he did a great job on bringing the two Dyson’s back into full service.
A very nice guy easy to talk to and was very tidy and cleaned up when he had finished.
Found this company in Goggle and I must say they were a great find so much so I have taken a maintenance contract with them.

My parents used this company annually…
My parents used this company annually for years and in 2025 the engineer that came gave a great service on the Dyson that lasted between 40 minutes to an hour. Fast forward to 2026, a different engineer came and the service lasted between 15 and 18 minutes in his van, he then asks you to go to the van to make payment and shoves you a pad to sign that your happy with the service, naturally no one tests a hoover in their front garden. Less than 2 weeks later on it's first use following a holiday a bit fell off the back, it won't stand up properly and dust is coming out of the bottom.
Never Again ... .

We are sorry to read your review and disappointed that you feel this way following the recent service visit, particularly as your parents have used our company for many years.
Service times can vary considerably depending on the model, condition, and the work required on the machine. A shorter appointment does not necessarily indicate that a service has been rushed, especially where no major faults are identified and the engineer is familiar with the model.
We would also clarify that customers are only asked to sign once the service has been completed and the machine has been demonstrated as operational. Customers are always welcome to test the machine themselves before signing if they wish to do so.
We understand you have since contacted us regarding the issues that developed after the visit. However, this review was posted before we had been given the opportunity to inspect the machine or attempt to resolve the concerns raised. As with any appliance, faults can occasionally develop separately from a routine service, particularly on older machines, and we are more than willing to investigate this properly.
