Donna was very sympathetic and showed amazing empathy. She was able to explain the steps in dealing with finances after the death of a loved one and was patient in answering all and any questions. Made a difficult phone call so much easier. Please pass on my thanks again to Donna

Late Wife's Estate
I received a letter regarding my late Wife. I called the company aprehensive of what it was concerning. I spoke with a very nice Lady who appeared to be very knowledgeable and helped me reach a satisfactory outcome.
The Lady's manner was very calm and reassuring. She offered her condolences, which was nice and I appreciated it. I can't think what else to say, apart from, I would like to thank the Lady for being so nice and putting my mind at rest.
