I spoke to a lady called Donna. She was fantastic. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was professional yet cared for the customer.

Our tenants received a letter from this Company saying I was dead and owed money to a Utility Company. The property is owned by husband and I have never had a Utility Bill at that address nor have I ever lived at that address.

There is however a legal family dispute with a sibling who is desperate to locate me. For various reasons its likely they are acting for this family member.

Basically they were scamming for information.

I am very much alive and well and living abroad.

I spoke to a very pleasant and knowledgable man who done his best to pug me at ease ,very helpful
