Thank you to Luke and Ella who sold us our new car. The communication was excellent, and the process for purchasing was smooth. All our questions and queries were answered, and we now have a lovely new car. We wanted a fairly quick purchase and Luke made sure everything was sorted to allow that to happen. Phoenix set a very high standard of customer service. They effortlessly make your buying experience a joy. Special mentions for Luke & Ella. Buying experience and post sale contacts keep you well informed. My wife and I really felt we are still valued as customers. The car was spotless but their Ops Director insisted on it being washed pre test drive. He washed it personally. This business is a class act. Highly recommended.

Unbelievably good service at Pheonix.
Recently purchased a car from pheonix RC Automotive and all I can say is wow. From start to finish I bothered there sales team for 8 weeks. I changed the car I wanted and they did not bat an eyelid. Anything I wanted they asked they were extremely polite and professional. Picking up the car was effortless. The atmosphere of the team there is incredible. If you are looking for a car to buy I'd 100% recommend this company!

Great company, knowledgeable and helpful
Although we didn’t fall in love with the car we went to view we were really impressed by the way our enquiry was handled. There was absolutely no pressure on us and no hard sales, Luke just made us feel really welcome and if we had loved the car we would have felt extremely confident buying from Phoenix, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help.

The vehicle was well presented when we arrived for a test drive, the salesman, Luke, was very helpful throughout the process, including helping to resolve a problem in taxing the vehicle post purchase. A good buying experience all round - I can recommend them.

Wonderful service and a beautiful car
