Stolen Vehicle
I had previously left a good review...things have since changed. The vehicle I purchased from Phoenix RC turned out to be in fact a stolen vehicle. Phoenix RC have since been unresponsive in finding a solution to this since the Police impounded the car they sold me. This dealership clearly did not take any due diligence to ensure the car they sold me was in fact legally owned by the previous owner.
Response to Phoenix RC: Since this is the only platform you respond to my issue on, I have had no choice but to leave a review. This issue was raised with you in the beginning of May. Since then, I have not heard of a solution or even seen a copy of the "relevant policies and procedures" you apparently follow in these instances. Happy to include the police case number in my review for anyone who would think this is "inaccurate and misleading".
If only you would respond to my emails as often as you respond to my review, perhaps we would have made some headway with this. The fact is you sold me a car you did not legally own. The resolution is simple under the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled a refund. Hopefully you will respond to my emails and we can come to a resolution.

Hi Joey, Unfortunately, we do not comment on ongoing investigations. We do believe that you have come to leave this review very quickly and not allowed us sufficient time to come to a viable conclusion with yourself. You only recently reported these issues and due to the severity of the accusation you are making, we follow all relevant policies and procedures as part of our investigation. We would advise that this review is removed until a resolution has been put in place, as this review is currently inaccurate and misleading. Thanks, Phoenix RC Automotive
Follow on: The policies and procedures that need to be followed in lines with the UK Law and Legislations are internal to the business and we are not obliged to disclose these to the general public. You reported the issue one month ago, however as anyone can understand, this is not a simple matter and it is impossible to resolve something within a matter of weeks. We are FCA registered, trading standards approved, AA Trusted, ICO Commissioned. We have been trading for years and have never sold a 'Stolen' vehicle as all cars undergo HPI checks through a verified system prior to being listed. We are happy to communicate with you as we have done, however it will not be a daily update, as we are ongoing with the investigation and will update you as and when we have information to share. Chasing us on the matter will not speed anything up or help us come to a conclusion any quicker. Bad reviews and pressure from yourself, again will not speed up or help the process either. We are here to work with you to ensure that we do all our due diligence in relation to this current matter that you have raised. As again mentioned, this review at this stage is inaccurate and misleading as there is evidence that needs to be ascertained from various perspectives and the staff are required to put daily tasks on hold in order to investigate this matter for your benefit, which we have been happy to do so and are continuing to do so. If you could kindly reply to us in a timely manner also as it has taken you as long as a week to get back to us when we have provided you with updates previously. Thanks, Phoenix RC Automotive
Final update: Hi Joey, we have responded every time we have had an update for yourself. Until the investigation has reached it's conclusion it is not as simple as 'I am entitled to a refund' as mentioned, we need to collect all relevant information related to your complaint, we have other parties that we need to work with to ensure we come to the correct and accurate conclusion. We are not willing to discuss this matter via a review platform. This review needs to be removed, as for a third time it is currently inaccurate and misleading. If, once the matter is resolved, you are still unhappy then at that point it is your decision on what kind of review you write up regarding it. Thanks, Phoenix RC Automotive.
First Class Agent and Perfect Vehicle
My sales agent Luke was fantastic! After I called in to enquire about a particular car, Luke was on it. Firstly he sent me a very clear video of the vehicle. Then he sent me a vehicle specs sheet.
When I advised him that I would like to purchase the vehicle, he was very helpful in assisting to to arrange payment and collections date. He kept me updated with the vehicle prep work and on collection day he was fantastic!
The vehicle is absolutely stunning and in perfect condition! I am very happy and will definately come back to Phoenix RC Auto for my next vehicle

Very good experience
Very good cars and limited premium cars. I am happy with the car that I purchased. Luke is a very honest person. He shared a video of the car with all the details that includes minor scratches, which would not have identified by me. I recommend Phoenix for your next best used car.

Easiest experience of buying a car!
I recently purchased a car from Phoenix RC and it was the easiest and most respectful experiences of buying a car. We spoke to Luke who was so helpful from start to finish, no pushing or pressure to buy anything and allowed us to look around a car freely. He answered every question confidently and told me everything I needed to know. Once I bought the car it was very kindly delivered for me as I live locally, all on his day off. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough because of how easy the whole process was. Thankyou so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️So refreshing, a proper car dealer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sooo easy to deal with, fantastic communication and clearly a company that wants to do better all the time. It’s not often you find a service orientated company with a car dealer and Maj knocked it out of the park. The experience was a joy from start to collection and it keeps going from there…looking for a decent car company to trust? You’ve found one!

STUPENDOUS!
My experience at Phoenix RC Automotive was absolutely first rate on all counts.
What stood out in glowing splendour however, was the personality and work of Mr Luke Barrat. In every way during my negotiations and purchase of a Mercedes GLE 400d Luke was there at every step of the way giving superb guidance and advice too.
A more sharp, 100% knowledgeable, genuine and helpful individual one could not hope to meet in the car sales arena - I am 64 now and have not experienced the like of this to date!
I can only wholeheartedly recommend Luke and his company to whosoever may choose to engage their services.
10 star and excellent!

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had the pleasure of working with Luke, a car salesman at Pheonix. Despite my decision not to purchase a car at this time, I was thoroughly impressed by Luke's professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answered all my questions, and provided valuable insights without any pressure. Luke's exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family or to seek out his assistance in the future when I'm ready to buy. His dedication to customer satisfaction sets a high standard in the industry.

Luke was very supportive
Luke was very supportive, good knowledge of the car I was purchasing and supported me with my many questions (I questioned him on a lot). I was diligent with my checks of the car and Luke supported throughout.
He was transparent with any minor scratches on the car and completed a video walk around both exterior and interior before I managed to get over in person.
Id return based on my experience
