I am furious as I did the online check…
I am furious as I did the online check quiz to see if I had arthritis. I thought it was a one off payment of £2.49 to get the results which I paid but oh no I’m now signed up to a £12.99 monthly subscription which I can’t get out of. There are no clear guidelines as how to cancel this subscription. Very very annoying. Sick of companies hoodwinking customers then making things difficult to cancel.
As a later addition to this review…the company has offered to give me a refund and cancel the membership which is good of them but they need to listen to the feedback and amend their website so customers do not feel hoodwinked by them and then have to be grateful they’ve offered a refund.

We've contacted you personally. All our prices are listed on our website. During the check, we also indicated that after the 7-day trial period, the subscription will switch to a monthly subscription if it's not canceled during the trial period. I've also sent you screenshots of this.
We've refunded your payment, and your subscription has been canceled.

I wanted information on some symptoms…
I wanted information on some symptoms that I was having. While searching, I ran across their site. I agreed to pay a small amount to use the site, however I overlooked the fact that I was signing up for a subscription that had a recurring fee. After seeing that same fee show up in my bank statements, I sent them an email asking to stop the payments. They were gracious in their answer, and agreed to stop my subscription. My thanks to them for understanding that mistakes are made, and for correcting it for me.
