This is a good product
This is a good product, if a little expensive ( though not as expensive as some of its competitors).
The rails were very easy to install. I thought initially that it would be difficult, as I tried inserting the wall bracket in the rail by hand before fixing to the wall, and found it very tight. However once the brackets were on the wall, the rail snapped onto the brackets quite easily and seemed very secure.
On hanging the pictures, I found that they (the pictures) came away from the
wall at the top, but after an online chat, the agent offered a simple solution to the problem, and the pictures now hang pretty close to the wall at the top. (I also used foam bumper pads on the bottom of the frames too ).
All in all, a good company to deal with, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or their products.

Good service
Only bought a small product (bumper foam pads to stabilise my framed pictures on a hanging system) but exactly what I needed, despatched quickly, and with no excessive plastic packaging :)

Very good Quality!
Very happy with the quality of the D-Ring hangers I recieved! I needed something that looked professional. Better than anyting I could find on Amazon, or at Home Depot and Lowes.

Dispatched same day
The company was fine; delivery quick. But the picture hangers are of the sort that has notches to allow for repositioning, and there are 6 notches, which means it's impossible to hang it dead centre! So the stars are lost for lack of expertise in choosing their stock.
I'm updating this to say thank you for the reply. I probably only need small ones, but I'll also keep a lookout for the new stock. I would definitely use the company again with a customer response this proactive!

Small hangers have 5 grooves, the large ones six. Although no one else told us about it, we are going to discontinue offering large hangers to avoid any problems in the future. The company we have them from (we do not produce them) sells these hangers in large quantities so we assumed customers are happy.

I did not receive my fixing screws and…
I did not receive my fixing screws and rowel plugs. When I asked, I was wrongly told I had not ordered it, and only later was I informed that it had been dispatched separately. I still have not received it, and the perlon wires and hooks yet.

Hello, you did not order fixings for all rails. It's a fact. Please do not blame us for it.
Two parcels were sent, one lost by DHL. We did not lose your parcel. It was DHL. We are not a shipping company. We resent it as it's a standard practice when items are lost in transit.
