Fast delivery and good product
I needed click-rail hanging rails for an Open Studio event and needed them quickly because a busy handyman had offered me a slot and was due to come round to put them up for me. They came fast and well packaged.
Subsequently on hanging all the work, and at the very last minute, I realised I needed extra hooks.
Each time I ordered I used the chat function to speak to Martin who is easy to speak to and assured me the hanging kit - and later the extra hooks - would be dispatched straight away. I was relieved that the hooks arrived next day - first thing on opening day - allowing me to complete the final hanging of the work before any visitors arrived.
The click rails are very good - unobtrusive to the eye - and easy to use. I bought them in 'white primer' colour and they hardly show on the white walls of the studio.
I'd only say that, if you can afford it, it might be better to use the more expensive - squeezy - ratchet hooks, because they would be less fiddly when you want to adjust the height of the painting. I used the cheapest hooks which are fixed by tightening screws, and though they are great and do what they are supposed to, they are not as easy or quick to adjust.
All in all I am very pleased with the service and think it's been worth the investment.

Irish buyers just beware of the impacts of Brexit with Irish VAT and import tax on purchase and postage added... PLUS added charge by UPS of about €14.50 for collecting the taxes!
