Pikl Insurance Avis 428

I was looking for 'host insurance' for a property that we let out via Airbnb. The premium quoted from the existing broker was 70% higher than previous years for no apparent reason. I therefore spent some time looking at the market and the Pikl experience was excellent. We ended up with a price with a 13% increase over last year.

Went onto Gocompare to get insurance for Airbnb'ing our holiday let. It explained the specific requirements and had a very simple form to complete. Then I saw that my favourite insurer, LV was offering the lowest quote, so it was a no-brainer.

Finding cover for a property which includes a chalet for holiday lets proved to be a lot more difficult than I was expecting. Fortunately, I found Pikl who arranged the cover I needed. Going through the process with Glen was straightforward as he clarified everything I needed to know. The documentation I received was excellent.

Brilliant company. It is great to have a company that you can contact and speak to someone immediately and feel confident in the product you have bought (very rare these days). This is the only company that I found, that do holiday let insurance which has a simple and clear policy, that will cover us and our property.

On initial call agent took my details and reason for call which was to get home insurance. No agent was available at the time to move forward with the quote but the agent took my number and said someone will call me back within the next hour. I received a call within 10 minutes. Perfect! After this, the agent was very professional and also explained parts that were unclear to me. The call was straight forward with a positive result. Very happy indeed with my experience.
