Ordered a small ph bag was charged for two and keep getting email to say haven’t completed order this is definitely a scam disgusting people haven’t received bags yet and probably won’t

I did not complete the order for an eyeglass case because shipping was almost %50 of the cost of the case. I did not authorize this order but They put it through on PayPal. I have asked them to cancel but have no heard back. PayPal wants me to go through this dealer but reading the reviews I’m not optimistic.
Addendum: I just heard back that they did cancel the order and I can expect a refund in 3-4 days. We’ll see.

After I ordered one cross body bag, Pinklizecosh charged and sent me 9 additional purses that I did not order or want. I started with the assumption that there was a mistake or misunderstanding, and I asked to return them in their original condition for a refund. They refuse to make it right. Now I don’t think it was a mistake but rather a scam. I suggest you don’t do business with these people.

Ordered one shoulder bag. Credit card was charged for three bags. Seems when I ordered, they automatically added on an incentive to buy two more. I guess I needed to uncheck that box. Waited for bags… and opened a fraudulent charge case with my credit card company. They refunded the over charge right away.
Waited for bag. Two months later, my post office tells me I have a package with $20 postage due!! They advised refusing the package. I refused package. It might have been the bag. I asked for, and got, a full refund from credit card company.

I bought the light blue shoulder bag that has a transparent pocket for cellular phone. But the product turned out to be very cheaply made, and the transparenct pocket is useless.
However when I wore it to a food court,someone said I liked your purse. I almost wanted to give it to her for free because it’s really useless for me.

I didn’t check reviews first. My big mistake! Did not receive my order & email & phone contact does not work.
I got scammed.
DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS SITE.

Email address comes back returned as address not found. I tried calling 11:00am EST thru 7:48pm to the 626-231-8336 as says mobile number is busy and call back later. Never answered.

Do not buy from this company..Order was cancelled but email address does not exist, I sent 28 emails and tried through PayPal but no response. They posted and sent a bag but it is broken as the zippers are joined together and separation will render it useless! Disgusting that they can operate..save your money….

Agree with everything that previous reviewers have said about this company. The email address is undeliverable and can get no information regarding tracking from either the company or the tracking sites they specify - SHOP or KOMON. But the cost was immediately processed. Stay clear.

What a load of crap! These people don't really exist! They're customer service email isn't real. The customer service phone number, no one ever answers and eventually it disconnects!! And the other number listed on "About Us" won't even connect! So where are the two items I ordered on April 29th. How dare you pretend to be a company. Shame on you for taking peoples money - what goes around comes around!

Goodness. Should have read trustpilot review before buying.
I received my cross body bag but within days the strap connection had broken. Immediately contacted them on service@ email which was returned. Then tried support@ email three times which wasn’t returned but wasn’t replied to.
Then contacted Shopify to advise one of their sellers was breaking the consumer protection laws that they signed to.
They said they were forwarding complaint to the company but did little else. Can’t contact again for 14 days. I will do so and annoy them as by all these reviews this is one company that should not exist. They don’t put reviews on their website or allow reviews. Can see why.

Ordered a product weeks ago. The next day they said it had shipped but still no product and no tracking available. Customer service non-existent. But I get daily emails asking me to complete my order which I already did.

Scammed my mum, Screw these guys

Placed an order and when you get to the final place your order they offer additional products at a more discounted price. Even when you choose not to take the extra items when you click on place order it add additional items any way. Then it charges your card in two different charges. Tried calling company and I get "celluar" customer isn't available at this time, and every time you call that's what you get. I also emailed them twice and have not gotten a response to either one. Then I got a message that items shipped with a tracking number that you have to download apps to track it and then that site doesn't recognize the number...... on and on it goes. I feel this is nothing but another scamming site. I say stay away from it, be aware.

Tried to contact company via email and it was bad address. Tried calling company and no answer. Found out it is a Hong Kong company. Do not use this company Z
