When my husband and I contacted Pittis to view properties on the Isle of Wight, we were contacted by Jo Lacey from the Shanklin office who arranged lots of viewings for us. Unfortunately none of the properties we saw suited our needs. But a big thank you to Jo who really impressed us with her knowledge and her prompt response to all our enquiries. Jo is very professional and courteous.

From the first time I stepped into their Ryde Office I loved the 'feel' of Pittis and what they offer as Estate Agents. My relationship was predominantly with Maria Gregory who is amazing and while I didn't end up purchasing one of their properties I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services. Personable, professional and responsive.

Nathan and his team at the sandown office IOW have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, on the sale of my father’s house, very patient and explained everything to both of us, nothing was to much trouble, would highly recommend Pittis team at Sandown Branch, Thankyou guys so much

Very thorough inspection. Very helpful.Listened to the information I wanted to give regarding the property. She gave me a lot of insights and her opinion on price and made links to mainland colleagues who she thought could help with my moving requirements. These calls came within 24hours. The confirmation of her valuation arrived within a few hours. There was nothing I could fault with this lady's service. She certainly stood out in terms of quality of service, doing what she said she would do and the evidence of this was quickly apparent. Whilst I have not marketed my property as yet, I can highly recommend the front line service.

Dealing with Pittis Shanklin office was made very much easier due to the dedication and professionalism of Jo and Chris. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and you were kept informed from start to finish during what is usually a very trying experience. Michelle in particular has been a star - Due to work commitments I need a flexible way to communicate and as I don't always have time to take calls. Michelle has been brilliant in understanding I'm not always available on the phone.

Although my husband and I have not been able to find the property of our choice in Shanklin, I have been most impressed with Ross Dunford of the Shanklin Pittis office as well as his team in that office. He has kept us fully updated at all times. Pittis is the only estate agents that have constantly kept us informed. We live in Poole Dorset and trying to find a property before somebody else puts their bid in is hard. Hopefully we will find something soon.

The team at Pittis have been really fabulous, a really smooth and speedy process finding a new tenant for my flat. I haven’t had to worry about anything, which has been great, because there are so many things to get in place, so really lovely to be confident that all paperwork, checks etc are complete and correct. Jodie and the team have been brilliant.
Since relocating back to the island, I have been struggling to find somewhere for my son and I. Other estate agents have been very little to no help during this time and made things seem impossible given the current housing situation.

Nathan runs a tight ship and really knows his stuff. The genuine effort put in by Beth and the depth of her feedback was outstanding. The detail in Diane’s marketing reports was so useful and they always arrived in my inbox without fail.

There is tough competition on the island with lots of excellent independents to choose from, but for me, Pittis have been fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough as a seller.

Having bought and sold many houses on the Island I have used most agents and really wish I had stayed with one I knew, not sure why I used Pittis this time but what a mistake.....no communication even after chasing daily.....no call backs even when promised and emails ignored. Having read other reviews it seems Shanklin branch is very good and Ross from Ventnor did try to help but I would caution against using Newport branch as you will have no consistency or help. Never normally write bad reviews as I feel it is always subjective but if I can spare someone the headache of trying to deal with a bad agent when much better are available then it's worth it.

Through our journey of using pittis was nothing short of brilliant. The staff that helped us and always kept in contact are second to none and deserve a payrise or a bonus in wages. Beth, Kiri and Nathan are absolute diamonds and were always happy to go to the ends of the earth to get what we needed, always so happy and polite which you do not find in most estate agents. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you 3 and pittis have done. Great communications, great customer service and just great people. Thank you all so much and we will see you at our first bbq.
