Having never bought a house before and things becoming a bit crazy, I was put at ease by a fantastic sales lady very bright and bubbly nothing too much trouble, organised viewings and kept in touch throughout each one, any changes required were no problem still in process at the moment the one we aim to buy was advised by Victoria after we'd given heads up of what we require.

As a first time buyer Pittis has very helpful with information, and always answered all calls/emails very quickly. Much better communication than other estate agents I tried to work with. Lauren at the Ryde branch was particularly helpful during the viewing and subsequent offer process.
