NEVER win anymore.
I used to love this site but the house edge has gotten out of control. The games i used to play and win on, i not longer win. Newer games- forget about it. I could play on the site with SC for days and everytime i hit the jackpot wheel its for GC- 6/7/8 GC jackpots and then 1 SC before the GC starts over again... i dont even play GC.. AMOE program- i started writing 5 months ago and still no credits. Disappointed.

They don't want to payout their Social Media Competition Winners!
I got really excited to win one of Playfame's social media competitions, but the whole experience has been a freaking nightmare.
When I first clicked the winning link they sent, it just kept saying "not found" or "already used." I spent my own time following up and getting the issue escalated, only to be told that the win was basically fake anyway... like WTF! 🖕🖕🖕
Apparently, I’m just "too lucky" because I won another contest recently, so this one didn’t count. Why tell me I won and send me a broken link in the first place? It makes no sense to penalize customers for participating exactly as intended.
It’s misleading, frustrating, and honestly feels like a SCAM just to get engagement on their posts. If there are winning limits, put them in BIG BOLD LETTERS upfront. Don't waste people's time with broken links and false hope.
Telling someone they've won and then yanking it back is disrespectful and destroys any trust! 😒 😤
Don't waste your time following and engaging with their socials if this is how they're going to continue to treat their "WINNERS."

Too many pop-ups to make you buy more coins
I don’t like it when you’re on your last dollar and the machine pops up to buy more coins without your skin even being done and you could be playing hold to win and you don’t even make the most out of your last one. Another thing it’s been about 100 times that I played a machine and it never hit the ground and I’ve been one way about 100 times which is awful. also you can get a good hit for about $90 and it’ll literally take you back to zero without even hitting again on the machine. I should actually be leaving them at two but I’m just a nice person I guess play at your own risk.

I purchased a gold package that was supposed to include 25 free spins. The game was hot at the time so I purchased only to not receive my spins. I was told by an A.I. bot that I had to wait 24 hrs. 30+ hours later. I finally get a live agent who tells me they understand my concern and give me 5 SC. I tried to select several games, and I could not play. I contacted live support, but it didn't help. They told me that maybe I could not play due to my location. I tried 10 to 12 games. Finally found one lost very quickly on a game I did not even want to play. Contacted support again, and they did not care. Don't waste your money there.
