Had enjoyed the evo sticks at time but…

Had enjoyed the evo sticks at time but sometimes I buy a pack and it doesn't give any hit,hardy get a good puffing ,with lots of effort.Do clean the device regularly but no much difference.
Would appreciate if the sticks give satisfaction when using them as I've experienced and enjoyed.

Referral code is a pathetic experience

Referral code which doesn't work makes me feel like a scammer in from of my friends. Pathetic service - three weeks on and the issue not solved. Generate new referral code takes three weeks? Really?

Ploom might just help me stop smoking

I got swayed into buying a ploom device in Tenerife at Siam Mall during my holiday. Was told it was good to avoid the smoke (smell, in hair and nails) as it doesn’t produce smoke. During test trial before buying this was true. Bought one literally used it later that day and it started smoking. Turns out the 2nd time using it, it already had the cigarette stick stuck in it. Have tried to get it out and it’s not completely cleared. Online it says to use tweezers but this hasn’t don’t much to help. I also find that the straight nicotine is giving me headaches after a few uses… I think Ploom will help me stop smoking as the experience hasn’t been great, but have to say this is my first experience using heated tobacco after just smoking usual cigarettes for years. I’m using usual tobacco flavour as well as I didn’t want flavoured tobacco as I don’t enjoy general flavoured vapes. After taste is a bit strange…

Wouldn’t recommend if wanting to continue smoking and want a change, but if need a reason to stop this might be helpful

Super fast delivery and a decent taste…

Super fast delivery and a decent taste accordingly with the price. The device is ok as you need to charged quite often and cleaning as well.Like I said good value for money but definitely not the best on the market at the moment.

Smaki nie są złe (zwłaszcza te owocowe) ale wkład nagrzewa się tak bardzo, że aż parzy w usta. Mam nadzieję, że w kolejnych wersjach tych podgrzewaczy ten problem zostanie wyeliminowany.

As a smoker of some 40 years I was looking for an alternative that is cheaper, less antisocial yet without losing the feeling of having had a cigarette. Ploom has not disappointed and I intend to keep on using it as a truly viable alternative.

Disappointed really

Disappointed really. First one was faulty, so was sent a replacement which arrived quickly. Sticks don't have much tobacco in them. Half way through a smoke it cuts out. Restarting it is pretty useless. Another thing, I burnt my lips and tongue. Sorry, but wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. The replacement I received is faulty as well, it won't charge up. Overall totally useless. A pure pile of shite. Don't buy this item!!!!

Changed flavour cheap ingredients

They have recently changed the ingredients of the purple option they now taste vile and barely release vapor after about 5 puffs... I have decided to quit...
First the price increase then the use of cheaper ingredients they should of left well alone

Fri 20th june - Just for further info before the ingredient change It was such a good product I have been using them for over 2 years and it did help me overcome my heavy 15 Yr plus cigarette addiction the purple option was the ONLY decent one I have tried all the other flavours and they were horrid had a very nasty herby taste to them and the smell was even worse but the purple option saved me I am devastated that the company has taken this route u will see on the packing they have added the warning of new blend I just don't understand outside of sheer greed why they just did not leave the most popular and palatable flavour alone ... I have managed to get my hands on 8 more boxes from one of their shop vendors of the old stock so thankfully I will get a chance to ween myself off on my terms ... as the new ingredient change is not an option for me it just makes me frustrated and feeling sick ... I hope this company do the right thing and change it back for future customers but I won't be going back after this ... and I assume they have done this watered down puff restriction change for other flavours

Glad I gave it a try!

After using iqos for several years I was very sceptical about Ploom,but I'm so glad I gave it a chance because it is so much better in my opinion. The taste is better, the price is better and it lasts a lot longer than terea. Ploom X advanced is a lovely looking little device. Perfect

Been great so far

Been great so far, used to use IQOS but they kept on price gouging until its almost cheaper to smoke :D I dont like the other tobacco ploom flavours but tobacco gold is perfect

New direction?

It's a pity Ploom doesn't get its act together and release a worthy competitor to IQOS. There is a huge market out there who I'm very sure would leap at the chance to dump the over-hyped but downgraded 'iluma' and move over to the less-expensive Ploom (myself included!). It's clear that a heated blade (or rod) is the ONLY effective way to replicate the smoking experience - both in terms of taste and session-time. Now IQOS itself has abandoned its own bladed heaters (and degraded user-experience in doing so), there is a massive opportunity for Ploom to step into the space left. Both with a device and sticks.

I've had the Ploom Advanced for several months and it goes mostly unused. It's like a promising product which was brought to market before it was really ready. Come on Ploom - it's all out there waiting for you... with the right solution :)
