Adnan the sales representative that come to my work was great gave me lots of advice about the device and I even brought one same day and haven't looked back since as it was the best device I have found that works for me as an asthmatic and I have tried everything else.

I got the heated cigarettes from Adnan, he explained the product well. His knowledge about the product was good and convinced me to buy it. I really loved the taste of it and I believe this is the best heated product I have tried so far,definitely beats Terea from Iqos
