hate this product, tastes horrible! (every flavour i brought) only good thing was the way the lady sold it to me, such a good attitude and great price for how much I received but I will never be buying/using it again.

I bought a Ploom device a while ago and tried it but went back to smoking cigarettes. I thought I would give it another go as ploom evo sticks are so much cheaper than cigarettes. I bought gold evo sticks and found them really good they have a great taste and are very satisfying I’ve not had a normal cigarette for 3 weeks and am going to stay with the ploom device and the yummy gold sticks.

Mike, freddy and Richard were really friendly and offered me great customer service. What fantastic staff you have.

Tried the ploom heated tobacco and really enjoyed it. I was talked through all I needed to know by Nick, Terry & Aaron and sampled lots a flavours and picked 2 that I liked.

Tried at Reading Services. Never seen before but wow! Tastes like a cigarette but without the harmful chemicals.
Have vaped for years but will move to this instead.

Just made a passing trip through Stafford services when I bumped into Mike, Richey, Lynda who talked me through heated tobacco. Love the concept, tried the bronze and was just really fags.

Really personable, engaging team who did not oversell in a push way. They were very approachable. Mikey, Lindsey and Rich, it was a genuine please to chat.

I came this week and met with Richard, Mikey and Lindsey who were very informative on ploom and it’s benefits so I will look at purchasing at a later date.
