Thanks for your review. We’re really pleased you found good value in the product and appreciated the free delivery.

Just to add some context, your order was for a small set of fibre washers with a very low order value, which meant it was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, as outlined at checkout. As the order was placed after the cut-off on Friday afternoon, it was dispatched as expected on Monday. Unfortunately, once an item is with the courier, there’s only so much we can do.

That said, we’ll be reviewing this postage method. Two weeks is certainly longer than we’d ever want our customers to experience.

We’re sorry for the delay and really appreciate your patience.

From our side, your order was placed after hours on the 7th January and dispatched the next day as expected. We understand the replacements were handled directly with the manufacturer under warranty, but we’ll still ensure your product feedback is passed on to them for review.
