Charged my card for over $1,000 for an item that was listed on their site, but no longer available from the manufacturer. Called the company for a refund and they said it would be processed in 7-10 days.

It is illegal for a company to charge your credit card before it ships to you.

I had to place a chargeback on my credit card.

Total scam.

I ordered a brushed bronze bathroom faucet from them after doing a rigorous search/research. Brushed bronze finish is difficult to find. It was pricey, but plumbing overstock was the least expensive. Once I placed my order I received it within the week. The only qualm I had was not knowing whether the sink stop was part of the package price. It wasn’t mentioned in the description and their customer service wasn’t certain. It was included.

I purchased two items that appeared in stock. 11 days later I had not received yet an update on the sale so I called them. They told me it would take at least 3 more WEEKS to fulfill the order.

I was NEVER notified that the items were on backorder! They made me waste precious time as I needed to finish a construction project for a client.
I canceled the order

Never received my order that I placed 2 months ago.

Ordered an expensive sink rack back May 6, 2026. On checkout page, said “leaves the warehouse in 7-10 days”. They charged my credit card, took payment. It never shipped. It is June 30 and I have been calling and emailed. First call put on hold for 1 hr and then disconnected. Emailed week ago with all info, and no reply. On the line again for an hour and the sales associate is trying to get me to accept a store credit instead of refund. This site is a total scam. My blood is boiling.

I called 5 times and NO resolution. We ordered in late January and STILL no order. THEY SAY IT IS COMING AND THEN THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE WHY IT DID NOT SHIP. THIS IS A SCAM!!! LINDA LALLY

This website is simply a fancy front end for a drop shipping operation. They don’t stock anything. I ordered a garbage disposal because the price was right and estimated delivery was reasonable. After a week I called customer service, which of course is in India. They said the item wouldn’t be shipped for three weeks. For a garbage disposal??? I requested the order be canceled and payment refunded. Customer service said this would take a couple of days. Huh??? A day later the item shipped but I don’t need it since I got one elsewhere. Now I get to deal with them again for the return. What a sheisty operation.

I've ordered shower arms on May 11. 2 weeks went by and the order still was not shipped. No email about it. I called customer service and was put on hold for 17 minutes to find out the status of the order. When Rep returned she said that the order will be shipped today and I will receive email with tracking number in it. For some reason I doubt it. We shall see
The customer service is terrible, rude and bad English. I will be cancelling this order if it does not get shipped soon.

I ordered a tub. The listed ship date passed, so I called to check on the order. They said, "It's complete, it's packed, it will ship in 2 weeks." Huh? So I followed up in 2 weeks and it still hadn't shipped, and got the run-around, "The 2 weeks was an estimate." I pressed and pressed for a definite ship date but did not receive one. Only after I requested a refund did it ship. When it arrived, it was not as ordered. They hardly responded to my complaint until I disputed the charge through my credit card company, and in the end "proved" that I had ordered it incorrectly because of their convoluted options.

If you choose to order from this company, do not expect it to come on time (or at all), do not expect it to be as you ordered it, do not expect any degree of helpful customer service, and do not expect to save money.

Great purchase - Item was the best price I could find for the linkasink drain - arrived timely and pristine. Would recommend for your bath or kitchen projects

Do not order from this site as a retail consumer, unless you want to loan a company money for a few months while you don't-get your product. Like others, I placed an order in January...waited...waited...requested a refund...waited...waited...and only when I filed a BBB complaint was a refund issued. Basically, they're con artists with a plumbing products website.

Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself some trouble. They don’t provide lead times upfront and never update you on the status of your order. After 3 months of waiting, when you ask for a refund, they say you’ll be charged a very high penalty (after waiting for hours and hours on the phone). So they just take your money, use it for their purposes, and don’t delivery the goods while providing terrible customer service.

Never shipped filter until I filed a complaint through Visa. Never responded to multiple service inquiries.

HORRIBLE. Bought a soap dispenser that has not shipped for 8 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM PLUMBING NOT IN STOCK.

Ordered over 10k in supplies and its been 3 weeks still has not shipped. Have sat on hold over 8 hours in the last week and no one answers. When they finally did they just give excuses and no solution.

I ordered a soap dispenser on 2/21/2026. The status said shipped, but it had never shipped. I have contacted customer service 4 times over the past 8 weeks and get the same response. “We will put in for a request for reimbursement. That will take approximately one week. Following that we will take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up.” Seriously, I think this is a scam. It is absolutely work the FTC looking into this operation.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They should be called Plumbing Not-In-Stock. I purchased an expensive Body Glove water filter on their website. After 10 days of no shipment, I contacted their customer service via e-mail, only to learn the filter was not in stock. I waited another 40 days and nothing. I requested a refund and was told it would process. That was 15 business days ago. It's been over two months since I placed my order and I've got no filter and no refund.

Read these reviews before you give them money you’ll never get back!
I bought a kitchen sink grid in December and they charged my card. I then checked in a month later because it never shipped. They replied right away saying the order is pending processing. A few more weeks went by and I checked again, same reply - the order is processing but we’ll send you an update asap!
A month later, same thing. I cancel the order and request a refund. A month later, still no refund.

Same story over and over from others. What a scam of a company.

Someone should investigate this.

We needed a single bowl kitchen sink with an 8" depth undermount. Nantucket produces the item, but everywhere else it was priced beyond our budget. We got it from plumbing overstock in a timely fashion, at an affordable price, well packed, and it's now installed on our new countertops.

My experience was disastrous. I ordered a custom $1,600 lighted makeup mirror. The item shipped was significantly different than the description and picture on the website, and it had a plug for a European outlet, which is useless in the U.S. The company said they wouldn't accept the return since it was a custom order, no matter that they didn't fulfill the order correctly.
