Fabulous actually. I've been trying to get a warranty issue resolved off and on for a year. Finally called Quality Bath and Adina worked her magic. Seriously. I sent the same pictures of the flaws that I had sent previously and presto (!) magic the company decided indeed there were flaws when Adina contacted them. It never would have happened without Adina and her professionalism aligned with her kindness. Brava!
