I ordered a part for my sink after telephoning to inquire if it was in stock. The lady on the phone was very helpful and my order was placed online. The part arrived very quickly.
I had originally ordered the same part from sinks2go as they were the cheapest but my order was never sent to me, I even contacted them twice by email and got no reply. I will always order from Plumbing Place from now on, they might not be the cheapest but they are the most reliable.

Needed some kit for replacing the American plumbing in a narrowboat I recently bought. The equipment including special imperial to metric speedfit fittings was delivered to Kidderminster on time. I had ordered some incorrect parts but these were also dealt with quickly and efficiently. Considering this was a new process for them, service was excellent.

I was looking for replacement basin taps the same as I already had that were worn out, so I googled. I was pleasantly surprised by the price. The whole service was quick and easy. Would highly recommend only wish I had found this company when we originally refurbished our bathroom.
