I had some initial reservations, because before ordering I had checked with a team member to make sure the item was in stock (as I needed the item within a few days) and was advised that they were in stock, according to their records. However when my order was processed, I received a message telling me that the item was not in stock, but a delivery was on the way and so the order would be delayed by a few working days. On phoning the company they explained that their systems had said that the item was in stock, but the warehouse was telling them otherwise. When I explained that I needed the item quickly, Samantha went to great lengths to phone all their local offices to source the item, send it next day delivery and it arrived within the original timescales I had expected. For this reason alone, I would use the company again - they obviously care about their customers! Thanks Samantha!!

IF there was a way to contact DPD when they don't deliver I may use you again

Despite the product being shown as "in stock", possibly because I ordered 2 of them they were "out of stock" and therefore there was a bit of delay in fulfilling the order. Indeed I was requested to give feedback on the order a full week before I received it. However, the number and quality of e-mails received from Samantha in Customer Service kept me well informed about the progress of the order without my having to request information on the progress. When you are so well informed, the delay seems irrelevant ! Order now received and was well packaged with no damage to contents. Will consider ordering again in the future. John N.

Did what they promised.

Since ordering online 7 days ago this is the first communication I have received from Plumbing Place asking me to review the service. What service? I need my money back as the plumber is coming tomorrow so I will have to go and purchase from a store.

Bath taps in this design varied in price greatly across the web, these were the cheapest I could find, and free delivery over £50 was also very welcome. Were delivered quickly and well packed, all in all a top experience for a quality product at a bargain price.

Really good service-it came within two days.

However, when the radiators arrived I saw that they required bleed plugs?? Just a minor set back but it would of been good to know this prior payment as not stated when purchased?
