We aim to deliver in stock items as soon as possible, weekends and bank holidays can delay delivery as the courier only works Monday - Friday. All orders processed before 12 noon under 30kg and in stock we aim to be with our customers the next working day (except ordering on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays).

Good price, swift delivery and product as expected.
This was the best price, including delivery, that I found online. I ordered it on Tuesday with a note asking if they could arrange for delivery before the weekend as that was when my boiler was being fitted. It arrived the next day. Very good service.

Fastest Delivery ever!
I had a fairly heavy pack of boiler cleaning agent to be delivered from Plumbing Place and I expected it to take about one week to arrive. I was very pleasantly surprised that it arrived 3 days after I placed my order (from England to Belfast - a record in my eyes).

Minor problem but sorted out perfectly.
Ordered items were short shipped but after a short 'phone call everything was sorted out without delay. I would not hesitate to use this company again as their customer service was excellent. Recommended.
