highly recommend premium blinds, Adeel came out measured them an he was very pleasant nice man, then in less than 10 days my blinds are up an my windows look great thank you all at premium blinds great job

Excellent service from initial measurement booking with Charlotte who advised what was best for us to the fitters who did a nice tidy job. Was even completed a week earlier than was planned. Will be using Premier Blinds again when redecorating future rooms.

I would absolutely avoid this Company totally unprofessional. Seem more keen getting sales, than providing good professional service. Very rude staff, Changing appointments, wrong measurements, cheap nasty blinds, extremely expensive no one I' ve read has had this 3 blinds for £79! Mystery offer! ....
Turned up only one (roller) blind. No horizontal blind - broke my florescent light fitting luckily for operative!/fitter able to fit in! Chucked old blinds on kitchen floor not taken away? ...im disabled partial sighted nearly 70.
Put fitment up in bedroom then "realised he had no blind" i already surmized this! Hence he had to make another appointment to come back! I refused to pay!
He was shocked, but if you dont have correct items what do you expect im not stupid however....
Re arrange appointment! Came 2 hours too early on second ocassion, I told them TWICE i would not be in...appointment re arranged! I being severely disabled waited all day...they had zero intention of coming I had asked for discount due to disgustimg behaviour the sort of said yes um.ok ...
Came today he was Adam much better than previous guy! More professional but he said i had to pay in full I spoke to usual lady who started to waffle about they had "sorted it" they had provided good quality blinds NO and price was "great value" £130 poor quality and cheap fitments hmm. I paid because id had enough and I could feel my stress and chest pains (major heart condition and asthma) starting so.)..i needed to get Adam out...ive been so upset even cried! Please dont use this cowboy bunch you may regret it....like me.

Definetly recommend this company to use for blinds easy to contact online fast reply’s get you booked in for measure up n fitting qwickly great service and good prices so happy with my vertical blinds had fitted at 3 windows and now booked in again to have patio door done will look fab
