Excellent service. When I needed my blinds in a hurry due to intruders, the response was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The super quality blinds were speedily installed by an expert. Requested to come and fix my blind was very good and on time

I order these blinds a few months ago and now I have replaced with some others from another company.
I had someone visit who measured up. We were quoted £200.00 when we enquired but this price rose to £450.00 but were told that we could have them for £300.00 which is price we were quoted elsewhere. So we accepted due to the reviews online. Paid £150.00 deposit (the initial amount asked for was 120.00 but this changed when he took payment.)
Blinds arrived 2 weeks later on a very sunny day and we were unable to inspect properly due to this.
When I came to pay rest of money they started arguing over price of blinds and insisted that they were 450.00 and they hadn't agreed a discount. Didnt want any trouble so I paid full price.
When the sun went in I got to inspect the blinds, there was dirty marks where they had been sealed, and what looked like dirty thumb prints on several slats. 2 of them stuck on tracks when opening and closing. I was not happy and they agreed to send someone to inspect. They agreed date, he didn't turn up. He eventually arrived a week later, He agreed to replace them. Took them 3 weeks to replace, they again missed a booked appointment and had to arrange another date. Administrative error in booking they said.
He put them up, they were cleaner but the bottom line on slats were not Inline, plus they were blackout blinds and they were letting more light through side of slats. I complained and the answer I got was
Thankyou for your continued patience and understanding while we got your issues resolved. Have a lovely day. ( in other words they were not interested).

I have since purchased new slats which cost me £150.00 they are all even, they don't let light in through the side and they look good when at windows more than premium blinds ones did. The old blinds I had up looked better and they were years old.

There basic blinds they sell may be ok but I wouldn't recommend the blackout ones and I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. They have poor customer service and they robbed me with the discount I was supposed to have.

Absolutely awful service 5times attending still short on blinds
First fitter who attended Dee measured all blinds incorrectly and was bad mouthing the company I should have taken note of what she was saying!!! Im left with holes wall and half blinds they have attended 5 times with 1 or 2 blinds each time.

I would definitely recommend Adam who fitted my blinds was very quick and done a fantastic job and my blinds are made to very high standard and only took a week from measuring and fitting fantastic service

What started out was a simple quote request for replacement blinds is turning into a nightmare! Pushy Sales person turning up with no prior appointment not once twice in the same day, telling me they will be getting into trouble if they don't take the measurements! Then changing there story to I was told not to come but basically thought she would try her luck! I was in a rush and tried to just get is done asap! Half hour later, everything was sorted but I had missed an important appointment by then. Placed an order and notes added not to arrange until end of August. Contacted them few days later as I was not happy with the Sales Person, and not to arrange until end of August. A few days later was messaged to advise they will be with me Sunday morning despite me advising the sales person and agent dealing with FB messages. I replied saying please do not arrange to come out. The lack of communication was draining how can it be so poor internally to have no proper procedure in place to communicate customers notes between departments. Spoke to an agent as I wanted to cancel the order. The agent I spoke to was apologetic and asked if she could speak to a manager and get them to call back within the week. On Sunday morning I answered a call from the driver saying he would be with me within 10 minutes to fit the blinds despite me telling them X amount of times when I required them for. Message sent advising of this which was replied to saying sorry, a manager will be in touch. This was Sunday 1st, a week has elapsed and no manager has called me at all, or tried to contact me. I contacted them on Saturday to advise of this and to tell them to go ahead and cancel the order - the message has been opened but not responded too. Just confirm cancellation is done!!!!!
