I bought driveway paint from this company and it’s been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

• The product is advertised as suitable for concrete driveways — mine is imprinted concrete, a standard driveway surface — and it’s failed completely. Flaking, peeling, coming right off after 8 days with no vehicles on it.

• I did everything right: jet washed & swept clean, used a proper industry-standard primer (Everbuild 503), applied 3 coats, had qualified painters do the work, left it to cure properly. Still failed.

• The tin says "ready to use — no mixing needed" — yet mine was thick and separated, I had to mix it just to get it on the drive. Clearly not right from the start.

• When I contacted them, they kept moving the goalposts — suddenly I needed acid etching they never mentioned, suddenly I had to use their specific primer they never told me about. Every reply brings a new excuse, never a solution.

• Now I’ve heard nothing back at all — just silence. They don’t give you the right information when you buy, they don’t tell you critical preparation steps, and when it goes wrong they just ignore you.

Absolutely disgusted with the product and the service. Save your money — go somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

Would not recommend to anyone.

I have seen the one-star review you have chosen to leave following our response. You are of course entitled to leave a review, but it does not change the facts of the application.
You have repeatedly stated that you “did everything right”. Based on the information you have provided, that is simply not correct.
The coating was applied to patterned/imprinted concrete, which is a dense, low-porosity surface. The Everest coating is designed to penetrate and bond into concrete pores, making correct preparation particularly important on a surface of this type.
You then chose to use Everbuild 503 Premium SBR Bond instead of the specified Everest concrete primer. Everbuild 503 is an SBR latex bonding agent principally intended for cementitious applications such as screeds, renders and mortars. It is not the specified primer for our acrylic coating system, and we have seen no technical information from its manufacturer approving it as a substitute beneath this paint on imprinted concrete.
More significantly, Everbuild's own technical data states that floors should be mechanically prepared, for example by scabbling or shot blasting, to expose a suitable surface for bonding. You have told us that the driveway was jet washed and swept. Those are not equivalent preparation methods.
You also applied three coats of paint rather than the specified two.
Therefore, this was not a case of the specified system being correctly applied and then simply failing. A third-party SBR product was used on a dense, low-porosity substrate without the preparation described even by that product's own manufacturer, followed by an additional coat of paint.
There remains no evidence that the paint supplied was defective.
For those reasons, our position remains unchanged and we will not accept liability for the paint, labour, third-party primer or remedial costs.
Also would you please be able to send photos of where we claim "no mixing required".
If you obtain independent technical evidence demonstrating a manufacturing defect in the paint supplied, we will review it. Otherwise, this matter is considered closed.

Pleased with the product and although its early days following application seems to be effective in preventing fretting of the tarmac drive surface.
Would just say that used 2/3 of a 20 litre can for two applications of 20 s.m. each thus roughly giving an average of 3 s.m. per litre so if the tarmac is a bit coarse grained be aware when assessing quantity required at ordering stage.

Quick delivery and lovely thick good quality paint that has applied very nicely.

Ordered a concrete resin sealer to protect a work surface on a newly built outdoor bbq and kitchen area. Wanted it before the imminent bad weather. Ordered one day, got it a couple of days later. Really well packed and good robust box used. Very happy with the service and the product.

The paint arrived extremely quickly (the next day). The paint was as described and excellent on my fences. A very good long-lasting protective coating.

There was a small issue and Customer services (Jack) resolved immediately and exceeded my expectations.

This is a great company that you can trust to put Customers first and who also stock 1st class products that you can rely on to protect your property.

Delivery company used and the costumer service was poor and best, only reason for the 2 stars is that the products are great (once I actually got them after 2 weeks +).

Failure to deliver so refund reqiured.
4 times tried to phone but nil response . Wasted my time expecting a delivery that never happened . Contacted the courier who didnt receive my order .

Ordered 24th August and paid extra for delivery within 1-2 days
Item received on 1st September. No apology or reason for the delay
