Great quality, low price, excellent customer service
Communication was great, and delivery of our 2 flags was quicker than I'd expected. The quality is very good, and they look great!
We had ordered a couple of ground spikes which didn't turn up in the original shipment, but a quick email later and they turned up the next working day.

Bad customer service
The staff promised the date of dispatch and arrival, but it didn’t come. When I spoke on the phone, he said it had been dispatched already and would be delivered tomorrow but the product was only dispatched the following day. When I called again, another staff said they can’t do anything to help.

Amazing service and a great product
Great product, nice quality, good pole for the flag. Printed and sent in super quick turn around, wouldn't hesitate to recommend...infact I already have to 3 people.

From start to finish i cant fault this company. Great design team with fast email response. Quick delivery. Quality of banner flags are brilliant for the low cost price. Banner flags included pole and a handy carry bag. Would buy from them again
