The cartridge wouldn't print when installed, poor communication from them ive emailed for an exchange but not received a reply over Two days.

AVOID – £177.43 paid, nothing delivered

My experience with Printer Supplies has been appalling.

They took £177.43 for a printer cartridge in August 2026, that has never arrived. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, I have received no response whatsoever.

Taking payment is apparently easy. Getting the goods you've paid for—or even getting someone to answer the phone—is another matter entirely.

I am now pursuing recovery of the full £177.43 through my credit card provider.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully.

I had it today so I haven’t used it. I believe your claim that it is genuine, large HP ink that will last me a very long time. Service excellent. Well packed.

1 star for quick delivery but no stars for product i am a severely disabled man from a stroke only half my body works, and had a neighbour over to fit my 302 tri color cartridge into my hp. After numerous attempts the same error code came up cartridge not acceptable for this printer.i have emailed company and surprise no answer, my purchase was i think 28 9 26 or a day before perhaps my memory is affected also but it was definitely this week and only a few days ago. I dont like to give negative reviews but its the truth and i can see i am far from the only one to do so..

I have given 1 star as this is the minimum you can award. Ordered a printer cartridge on 24.07.26. After a week, I tried calling for an update on the delivery, no answer. Tried calling over the next couple of days and still no answer. An email was sent on 14.08.26 and again on 18.08.26 and still no reply. Another email was sent 19.08.26 requesting a response or I would have no alternative than to contact our bank and they would pursue recovery of our payment to which I did get a response blaming the courier for non-delivery and that a refund would be issued immediately. No refund was issued, so our bank was instructed to recover the payment which we finally received back on 17.09.29. Our experience with this company was awful, I would not recommend them at all.

I telephoned the number quoted on their website (01953 887646) but the call was not picked up.

I telephoned the number on thei website again and left a detailed message with my contact details and requested a call back.

No call back or email was received.

I waited until 1 month had elapsed from the notification of shipment

Excellent choice of genuine ink cartridge that arrived in perfect condition… Will definitely use this company again

They were very accommodating when I ordered the wrong product

Package arrived - no outer packaging, the cartridge was old and has seen better days.
A following personal order was placed but has not been received, emails sent, calls straight to answerphone and no response other than one email early on to say they were looking into the delivery that they said had been made through DPD. Nothing since. Reported as a fraudulent trader.

Our toner cartridge wouldn't work when we put it in as the date chip said that it had already been used. Clearly this was a re-filled cartridge, not an original as claimed, and they had forgotten, or were unable, to re-set the chip. Company has not responded to email complaint and is never available by phone. AVOID

Low rating due to the service of the selected courier Evri.
Delivery was promised between 6:30 and 8:30pm and I happened to notice an unmarked white van outside our home in that period, but as the driver did not enter the property I went outside to see what was happening, and as I did so the van drove off. I found my package lying outside my gate, by the roadside where it could quite easily have been damaged or stolen. The picture from Evri proves this. No attempt was made to come in the gate, which is less than 10 paces to our front door where there is a post box into which the package could have been safely placed.
Performance by Evri is consistently the worst of the national delivery companies.
Despite good pricing by Printer Supplies I will think twice about using them unless they change their copurier service.

Arrived intact and now in printer and working.

It was not what I ordered. An article of questionable origin was sent to me, wrapped in a plastic bag, AT A PRICE OF A NEW ORIGINAL ONE. Original packaging is the only guarantee we can go by when ordering on line. One can usually spot a fake because of a reduced price, but this was priced as an original.

I ordered two printer cartridges totalling over £300, tracked delivery and although the tracker says they’ve been delivered, they haven’t arrived yet. I emailed the company and they said they were looking into it for me. I have emailed twice since and tried to call but got an answerphone. I have requested either that replacements are sent or my money returned and still nothing. Next step Fraud investigation.

Ordered hp coloured ink and black ink for Deskjet printer ... black ink doesnt print at all and coloured ink isn't good, sporadic printing with faded colour ... needed to print important documents ... disappointed. ... Thanks for your reply, ive emailed you twice but as yet not had a response. Looking forward to hearing back re a full refund. Many thanks.

Evri have a reputation round here for poor service
this time they put it through a neighbour's letterbox and they were away
this was the first alarm bell, correctly packaged by HP with the hologram seal they may not fit
I have now found that they are fraudulent refills and have asked for a full refund
