Efficient service and cartridge works great

Ordered 3 colours and 1black cartridge, they were all out of manufacturers guarantee, one by 12 years !!! Nowhere on their website does it say cartridges are out of guarantee. Having said that they are working, but other suppliers sell out of guarantee cartridges at a cheaper price.

My experience reflects that of other reviewers. I was sent a faulty toner cartridge. I tried to contact the company by phone but the call went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. I wrote an email but have not received a response.

(UPDATE Following their reply to my review, I immediately sent a second email to Printer Supplies giving them my order number again, but 11 days later, I have still not received a reply. Their public response to my Trustpilot review seeks to give the impression that they are responsive - they are not!)

My experience matches the majority of reviews here. I received a defective HP62 cartridge which would not work in two different printers. I followed the suggestion of the 'Thank You' note enclosed with the cartridge and emailed (twice) rather than phoned. I received no reply. Then I phoned only to discover the msgbox was full. That's a red flag for a scam outfit.
I'm hoping for a refund from my credit card company.
On the Companies House website it appears that the owner only registered the company on 24 July 2026...
Definitely one to avoid.

And after seeing the reply from Printer Supplies Ltd here, it's worth stating for the avoidance of doubt that the supplier did not deal with me directly at any stage after I requested a refund, which I only obtained by raising a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered ink cartridge 13th May, wrong ink was sent. Contact via email, eventually received a reply requesting proof. Photos sent of picking slip and ink supplied. Issue still hasn’t been resolved nearly three months later. Emails unanswered and unable to leave a voicemail as mailbox full.

Still waiting on refund for incorrect cartridge sent back in March, all very efficient when returning, now no contact/response when refund is due 4 months after agreement.
Unbelievable replies to some of these reviews from the chap running this scam. !!

We ordered a HP cartridge (£39.66) from these cowboys on 16/06/2026 and only wish I had read the reviews first.
The cartridge arrived but I immediately got suspicious with a barcode label conveniently placed over the "use by" date. peeling it off, I found it had expired June 2021. I contacted them by phone but was greeted with an answerphone message and also the message box was full so I could not leave a message. I emailed them but got no replies. I sent repeated emails but nothing and the phone was still not taking calls. After a month of trying to contact them we've given up. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Really disappointed with this supplier. The HP Cartridges were original but were over 7 years old and totally dry. I have tried 6 times calling Printer Supplies, but the voicemail box is always full, and they do not respond to e-mails. I would strongly advise people to AVOID placing orders and wasting their money. I.M.R.

Outta pocket, order didn't come & no communication. When emailed, I should of been shocked - really. I was trying to give them, a fair chance. So ordered item of ink 7.7.26 (got invoice to say packaged/sent, no tracking number🤔) thought they were local - great - will be quick delivery. Nope thought wrong!!!! DO NOT USE - unless the inks coming from the ocean sea. YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME & MONEY poor service

As not confident I'll receive a timely response, have raise claim with Amex under Section 75 of Consumer Credit Act.

I made an order to Printer Supplies Ltd for a colour cartridge on 18 May, an order you confirmed, saying ‘Your Printer Supplies Order is on the way’ and they took £17.39 from my account. I have not received this and I consider your failure theft. I have sent numerous e-mails, I have made numerous telephone calls ( none of them answered) and I have sent a letter by post demanding my money back. This firm is not only unreliable: it is industrial cheating.

On 5th June I ordered 2 genuine HP 81A cartridges for my Laserjet M604, they arrived very quickly, unboxed as expected.
However, when we came to use the first one on 12th June, we have been sent the wrong items and have received 2 x HP C281XC which are too big for my printer.
To date, I have emailed 3 times from my work email and telephoned several times, all have resulted in an answerphone requesting I leave a message. To date I have not received a reply to either email or answerphone message and am left with 2 ink cartridges that are of now use to me whatsoever.

Order took 10 days to arrive and when it did half the order was missing and in questionable condition. May have been removed from original box to hide being past recommended shelf life. No answer to phone calls and as yet, no answer to email.
Companies House show "Printer Supplies B2C Limited" as dissolved as of 19 July 2022. Printer Supplies B2C Limited has the same name and address as that shown for this company. Make your own conclusions on that one.
The order was for 2 HP LaserJet toner cartridges.

The company took my money but did not supply the item. They did not respond to my query. I asked my bank to raise a dispute. Still no product or refund.

Ordered an HP301 ink cartridge on 5 June which was delivered on 10 June.
Printer identified cartridge as genuine but it contained no ink!
The outer box was sealed but looked battered and old.
Phone number goes to VoiceMail so have emailed my complaint. Would not use again!

Ordered an original HP toner on 17 May, received email saying it had been dispatched on 20 May - said there was tracking but no link on the email.
Now on 6 June after sending emails and making many unanswered phone calls I’m no further forward. I have to think this is either a scam or a badly run company - either way I certainly wouldn’t recommend using them.

Placed my order on 22nd may and the inks arrived rhe next day. It looks like this company have had a few bad reviews, but my experince was overall positive. I would reccomend them.

I ordered an ink cartridge for my Canon Pixma and it was delivered very quickly. However when I looked at the packaging it showed the expiry date was 15 months ago! I sent an email requesting an in-date replacement or a full refund but this was ignored. I sent it again and this time received a reply apologising and saying it was sent out in error and that they would send me a returns label to return it. This never arrived and the company has then ignored any further communication. I also asked why they wanted the out of date cartridge returned unless they were going to try to sell it again - no response. I have reported the company via the Citizens Advice Consumer Help Line who will be referring the company to Trading Standards. My advice is not to use them.

hp Cartridge arrived with no packaging, will not work as printer identifies it as non original. Company won't respond to emails, text or phone call. Complete rip off company.
