A life saver!
My husband has Motor Neurone Disease and his thermo-regulation system doesn't work so he can't control his temperature. We need to rehydrate him and this is the only product that he likes. It is great that I don't have to worry about it arriving. All in all, a win-win situation.

One of a kind!
I typically hate electrolytes, I gave these guys a go on a whim after someone said they tried them. And oh my goodness me, these are incredible!! Tasty. Not too salty. Not too sweet. Refreshing. I will never look back! Thankyou Proof! Peach flavour is my favorite so far!

Can’t live without it

I was looking for a long time to find great electrolytes that aren’t packed up with sugar or nasties something that goes with my values to be super clean and hydrating until I find proof and it’s been an amazing change as most of the time I am dehydrated or super exhausted and it’s help me to go through the day with ease

Proof is the best tasting electrolyte I’ve tried, it audio genuinely does make a difference to how I feel, also love using it as an intra-workout supplement. Great product, I don’t need any other electrolyte.

The service form Proof was excellent
The service form Proof was excellent. Delivery was on time and everything went to planned. I was recommended this product by a friend and tried to without any expectations. After a week of using the product I felt my energy levels risings and I wouldn’t get tired at my usual time in the evening. Honestly it’s a game changer even for people like myself who don’t keep fit. Will keep on using! Thanks Proof.

The perfect mix
Proof is now my favorite electrolyte mix. Not too sweet, not too salty, and has all-natural ingredients. Hard to bring myself to go back to anything that isn't Proof now.

Our formula is designed to have a subtle flavour, so we’d recommend checking if it was prepared according to the instructions (mixing with 500-700ml of water). That said, we understand preferences vary, and if the product isn’t right for you, we would be happy to process a refund.

I've been using Proof for 3 months now
I've been using Proof for 3 months now, and I could not recommend it enough! It not only helps me with energy and recovery on workout days, but also general focus and energy levels, brain fog, staying hydrated, and improved wellbeing, especially in the winter months or when travelling.
The best part - it tastes fantastic (My favourite is Lime!)
