Could not speak more highly of this product. By far the best I’ve seen in the market. Usually try to steer clear of electrolyte supplements but Proof hydration actually does what it’s supposed to do! Highly recommend if you are into health/fitness.

Love these electrolytes to get me through the midday slump. They have an amazing taste even when I add to my 32oz bottle.

Tried a few other electrolyte brands; namely to replenish my electrolyte levels whilst following a ketogenic diet. Although they’ve been somewhat effective, always found the taste of them to be artificial/lacklustre, the electrolyte powder didn’t dissolve well in water and the potency per serving tended to be mild. Proof on the other hand delivers exactly what you would expect from a premium electrolyte brand: really refreshing, non-artificial taste, quality powder that dissolves well and doesn’t leave clumps/undissolved particles at the bottom of the bottle and most importantly, each serving I’ve consumed has actually delivered a tangible difference to my energy levels and mental clarity. With that said, although it’s on the pricer side, Proof definitely is a true premium electrolyte that’s worth the money. Would highly recommend.
