I am new to the electrolytes phenomenon but it can be overwhelming to find the right product for you. I am not an expert but electrolytes is an undifferentiated product. The chemical compound changes but essentially it is the same product being sold everywhere. Fortunately, Proof Hydration is an exception! It taste good, does not have an aftertaste, has all essential vit and minerals. I love the fact the flavour isnt too strong.
