Puzzle Post was great at keeping me informed of when I would be getting my shipment to the United States. They let me know of (possible) delays and offered other products that I might consider adding on. I would have liked prices also in USD.

So much fun at Christmas with all the family around. We explore your new releases every year and end up purchasing one or two of your products. Always gets us away from the tele and phones, which cant be a bad thing in this age!

Brilliant! Bought as a birthday present and four of us played it - my husband, myself, our 22 year old and our 18 year old. A good range of different puzzle types. Good quality materials - as if we were actually at the Arctic Frontiers conference. Neat use of internet towards the end of the game.

Package came in a speedy manner.

Ive spent 15 yrs making my own calendars for my daughter to avoid waste, landfill etc. Last yr she hit 18 and was on the point of giving up 9n advent calendars (I mean she was 18 right?) then I saw the Puzzlepost's Taskmaster calendar and changed my mind. We loved it as a show and the idea of the calendar was genius.

We absolutely LOVED the 2025 TaskMaster advent calendar is was SOOO good!! It was excellent, clever hilarious, engaging advent FUN.
Every day was a hilarious task to complete.
I loved that was 100% paper - unlike other novelty advent calendars which are often gift based and full of plastic landfill crap!
I was genuinely so excited to present it to her on Dec 1st & she was equally chuffed with it.
Thanks so much for making our Decembers so much fun.

Brilliant products and great customer service.

Unfortunately I had a piece missing from the pack that I was working through and it was incredibly quick and easy to resolve this. Within 10 minutes I had access to a copy of the missing information and had a follow up email from customer services the next day to check it was resolved okay and to apologise. Very impressed by this service!

I have since bought two more packs to have a go at and will be buying more in the future.

Did the Taskmaster advent calendar last year - brilliant puzzles and really well made. Ordered one for this year too and when I tried to add the jigsaw at discounted price but had difficulties, they responded within a couple of hours and sorted it for me.

We did the Taskmaster 2025 Advent Calendar (belatedly this summer!) and had a blast. It was absolutely worth it (even shipping from UK to US). We had so much fun - the tasks were a great variety of brain-teasers. And the box is SO well made. Kudos! We will definitely do next year's!

This was surprisingly difficult but we enjoyed it nonetheless!

Being able to personalise the gift is a great feature. Received within 2 days, great service.
