Attempted to play “ The Betrayal” last night. The whole thing was utterly incomprehensible, one of the most obscure, over priced escape games we have ever played. A complete waste of money.

Bought "The Zoo" for our grandchildren
Bought "The Zoo" for our grandchildren, they loved it and were so excited on each stage of the Escape Room challenge. We had a slight tech hitch before we got started but Customer Service were superb.
As a reult we have bought three more challenges for future get togethers!

I ordered the Christmas game boxes and have never heard from them again.
I ordered the Christmas game boxes and have not received any update on delivery or status of my order in over a month. I have written to their support department and have also heard nothing. I am hoping that maybe after writing this review< someone will respond?????

Clearly I'm in the minority
Clearly I'm in the minority, but I just found the game/clues/solutions etc quite clumsy.... I'll stick to other brands in the future.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the game that you played.
We have a brilliant in-house product team with backgrounds in graphic design, game design and illustration, who produce lots of original artwork, visuals and designs for our Escape Room Games and other products. We're very proud of the creativity and care that goes into everything they produce.
We do use AI to generate some images and to assist with writing some of the copy within our games. Using AI in these ways helps us to enhance the experience of our games, often allowing us to create a puzzle we otherwise wouldn't be able to, but it doesn't replace the need for original work by our product team and high-quality stock imagery.
All of the gameplay and puzzle design is done without the use of AI and comes from our team's experience and a whole heap of play testing that each game goes through. We don't use AI to create puzzles or design how our products play. We appreciate that there are differing views on the use of AI across all industries - our approach is to use it sparingly to supplement our creative teams' work and to enhance the experience of our games.
I hope this helps to give a bit more context on the ways we do and don't use AI for the creation of our games. If you have any questions, please do reach out to theteam@puzzlepost.uk.

Fabulous customer service
A piece of our escape room was missing in error (totally understandable) and Tom speedily sent the missing piece over via email as requested for us to do in response to my email, as well as providing us with compensation. Really impressed! Lovely customer service. Will definitely be continuing to use Puzzle Post!

My order arrived far more quickly than I expected, and in great shape. I played a Puzzle Post Escape Room game with my 8 and 10 year old nieces and they loved it, so decided to order more. Great customer service
My parcel, ordered directly from Puzzle Post, got lost somewhere in the Mail's sorting office. Their Customer Services, Tom, continued to check the status t and when it failed to materialise from the sorting office, sent me a new copy of the puzzle that I had ordered

We just finished The Secret Set

Fantastic
We love these puzzles, & have always been entirely satisfied. Unfortunately, when opening The Blunder recently we had a couple of missing items. It was however easy to get a copy of these from the website, & I was even more impressed when Tom emailed me, unprompted, within 10 minutes to apologise & offer compensation. It was great to see someone taking ownership of the problem, which is rare these days. Excellent customer service, & response on top of a fantastic puzzle.

Love these games!! Thank you for the bundle discount and for the speedy delivery! I am all about supporting creative small businesses and these games are adored by me and my family.
My 7 and 10 year old delighted in the Horrible Henry games, it is rare to find something they BOTH can play AND both enjoy!! We live in the states and so I have bought extras to give to their friends as gifts. Hope to see more gmaes like these in the near future 🙏
