Attempted to play “ The Betrayal” last night. The whole thing was utterly incomprehensible, one of the most obscure, over priced escape games we have ever played. A complete waste of money.

I love doing puzzles but this was not…
I love doing puzzles but this was not what I expected. We had to use the clues, but they didn't give us much help. Very disappointed. A wasted 2 hours!!

Good fun but unfortunately 2 of the crackers were identical! Same jokes and tasks, surely having 6 unique crackers in the box should be expected.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the use of AI in one of our products.
We have a brilliant in-house product team with backgrounds in graphic design, game design and illustration, who produce lots of original artwork, visuals and designs for our Escape Room Games and other products. We're very proud of the creativity and care that goes into everything they produce.
We do use AI to generate some images and to assist with writing some of the copy within our games. Using AI in these ways helps us to enhance the experience of our games, often allowing us to create a puzzle we otherwise wouldn't be able to, but it doesn't replace the need for original work by our product team and high-quality stock imagery.
All of the gameplay and puzzle design is done without the use of AI and comes from our team's experience and a whole heap of play testing that each game goes through. We don't use AI to create puzzles or design how our products play. We appreciate that there are differing views on the use of AI across all industries - our approach is to use it sparingly to supplement our creative teams' work and to enhance the experience of our games.
I hope this helps to give a bit more context on the ways we do and don't use AI for the creation of our games. If you have any questions, do let me know.

Bought the Taskmaster Advent Calendar for my husband. We have just finished it, and he declared it the best advent calendar ever! Who needs chocolate when you have Greg and Alex?! Here’s hoping they release another one next year.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. However I totally forgot crackers had arrived and emailed them to complain. Got a very polite and helpful reply from Tom with all of the delivery details and a photo of my feet and the box being handed over! Gosh I felt like a prize idiot....well done Team Puzzle Post!

Highly recommended product & customer support
These games are really fun, very cleverly created.
Brilliant team play.
We had a slight issue with our second game, in that the telephone number for a clue hint was out of order. As it was the weekend we were unable to contact anyone.
Contacted Tom at customer service who resolved the situation by way of compensation.
Excellent company.

great company, amazing products!
Such a great company with such interesting and fun games! Had tried one of the murder mystery’s and loved it so brought the task master advent calendar this year to do as a family. Doing a couple days at a time and have laughed so hard doing the extra tasks and trying to find the clues. Difficult enough you have to think about it and took around 5-10 minutes for each door. Loving it so far and looking forward to finding Alex!

Can I really only give 5 stars? Tom in customer service has just saved Xmas! I bought some Taskmaster Xmas crackers the other week then realised there was also an advent calendar too! Was going to wait until I got paid to buy it but then realised that it was sold out.. EVERYWHERE!! I contacted Puzzlepost the other day and yesterday morning received an email saying one was available and would be reserved for me. A lot of address issues and back and forth emails with Tom, made me think I wasn't going to get one, but Tom played a blinder and I've now ordered one.
Should make a movie about this... The Tom who saved Xmas!

Excellent customer service
Ordered an item from puzzle post and it was dropped in a puddle by Royal Mail resulting in a soggy damaged product.
Contacted customer service and they dispatched a replacement incredibly quickly.
Fantastic service which seems a rarity in this day and age.

Ordered the Traitors Christmas Crackers…
Ordered the Traitors Christmas Crackers as they were such a hit with my family last year. With the Celebrities Traitors bring so popular on TV this year, I didn’t want to miss out. Crackers arrived incredibly quickly and beautifully packaged. Can’t wait!
