They got their work done
Updated - Quadrabay got their work done finally! they just needed some experimence to deal with certificates from different countries, which have completely different ways to work out.
They are stupid and useless. They tried to contact university for verification of your degree, but they do not know who to contact, they even do not know the email address to contact the cresponding unversities for degree verification (and many universities do not have the particular department for your verification). Then they ask me the university contract. I sent the email I contacted, but the university did not reply them because the university do not know who they are, why the university response to a stranger ask for personal information, except they have the authority organisation? They do not reply QuadraBay, obviously QuadraBay so not have the authority to access to the universities. Quardabay are supposed to be lawyers and supposed to know that basic common sense even a normal person knows. Quardabay is supposed to obtain their authority to access university if they want to charge for this verification.
My application is pending forever because they do not have basic knowledge common sense for degree verification.

Two words - Absolute Disaster, Scam
I raised a verification request for a job opportunity in April 2023 and still haven’t received any response. It has been 7 Months since the submission; however the process is still pending. There is no call center number to follow through. Anytime you will email; you wil get a standard response that its pending with the university and nothing else. YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESOLUTION. I asked for a refund so that I can use an actual professional company but they wouldnt refund. If anyone is reading this; pls DONT USE QUADRABAY.
If there was an option to give 0 stars; that would have been my choice for sure.

I submitted my application on August 1, 2023, and have been consistently informed about delays attributed to my university's response. Interestingly, my wife, who applied through an alternative service recommended by MOE, received her response within 20 days (Dec 1 - yesterday).
Given that we graduated together on the same date from the same college, this discrepancy raises concerns about the reliability of your processing. If I don't receive a satisfactory update within 48 hours, I may have to seek legal advice

Unacceptable Delay in Service
I recently engaged with Quadrabay for their degree verification service, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The process is severely lacking in efficiency and urgency. Despite my university responding promptly to the verification request, I have been left in limbo, waiting indefinitely for Quadrabay
to finalize and deliver the report.
This lack of timeliness and efficiency is not only frustrating but also professionally unacceptable. Customers, like myself, who are often under stringent time constraints, rely on a service that is both prompt and responsive. It’s disheartening to encounter such a significant delay, particularly when there is no apparent reason for it.
I urge potential customers to consider this experience before opting for Quadrabay's services. As for Quadrabay, a significant improvement in service delivery and customer communication is urgently needed to regain trust and credibility.
