These folks are total ripoffs
These folks are total ripoffs! They quote one price and then keep asking for more and more funds giving fake excuses and not doing anything at all. I checked with my university and they told me that nobody has contacted them when these folks told me that they are working diligently with the university to get the document verified. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN???
Its been two months and no clear timeline as to what and when the work for which I've paid them will be done!
Surprising why the Ministry has selected & approved such a lousy company!

Complete scam
Complete scam, just like in the other reviews. They don’t do anything and every inquiry you send they respond to with a lie that they are in the process of verifying with the university and the university is not responding. Well 5 months in, I actually contacted my university, which responded promptly and confirmed there was no contact at all from QuadraBay. The other company is probably equally as scammy, but still whatever you do don’t give your money to these clowns. It actually makes me rethink my plan to settle in the UAE, since this is supposed to be a “trusted partner” of the ministry of education. So much for the “customer oriented” government.

Reaching out to explore alternative verification options
It's extremely frustrating to have waited nearly 5 months for a service, especially when I've promptly provided all the necessary documentation. Despite applying for degree verification back in December 2023, I'm still receiving vague responses like, "We are working diligently on your application and are dedicating our utmost efforts to completing it at the earliest opportunity." The delay and lack of clarity are unacceptable. I haven't received any specific reasons for the hold-up, and it's disheartening to feel stuck in this process. They're scammers
They're scammers, continuously demanding irrelevant documents to stall the verification process for my degree certificate.
Regarding my Golden Visa application, despite my UK-issued degree certificate being stamped in both the UK and Dubai (MOFA), the Dubai government still required verification. I provided QuadraBay with my stamped certificate, transcript, and current British passport.
They then asked for a passport covering the duration of my studies. Fortunately, I had a scanned copy of the photo page of my old passport, which I submitted. However, they later requested all pages of the passport, which I explained was impossible as I returned the old passport to the UK passport office upon receiving my new one.
Their next demand was an ICA report from the Dubai government covering the period of my studies until my current residence in the UAE. I found this request unreasonable, considering I didn't study in the UAE and had only arrived seven months prior. I asked them how to cancel my application and receive a refund if I couldn't obtain the report.
Their response was disappointing: "You may simply send us an email requesting application cancellation, and unfortunately, we cannot refund after 24 hours of application creation."
I paid them nearly 100 pounds for nothing. I advise against applying for similar processes in the UAE that may require you to go through QuadraBay, as it appears they're only interested in profiting from applicants.
FYI: Don't be fooled by the scanty positive reviews. They are most likely fake reviews.

A vedy Bad experience
I applied for verification of my masters degree 45 days ago. The company website indicated that the verification process by contacting the issuing institution was done a week after the inquiry. However, eversince the process is stuck on report writing which is the direct responsibility of the company which should also be followed by a quality control process. The delay is never explained when trying to reach out for the support services. I recommend using dataflow as the process is much much quicker and costs the same amount

I did apply for my diploma verification…
I did apply for my diploma verification early January and still did not get the final report from them. Unfortunately there is no direct phone to contact them, only through e-mail which takes 2 days at least with a very standard response.
Really disappointed with their services. Hope to get some answers ASAP.
