Railcam is a fantastic website that allows you to view trains around the UK, Heritage and also some from around the world. The team here are fantastic and always willing to help.

Excellent site, easy to navigate.

Good selection of live cameras on both main line and heritage lines.

Helpful volunteer staff if you have problems.

Thoroughly recommend for both rail and web cam enthusiasts alike.

This is a great experience for railway enthusiasts. Large number of cameras situated throughout this country and internationally. Live views of mainline, local and heritage railways. Lots of other useful information and railway news together with a chat room where you can air your views or just see what important knowledge other more experienced enthusiasts share. I’ve been a member for over two years and visit Railcams almost daily. Annual membership is also very reasonable considering the vast amount of info and cameras you can access.

As a retired person with an interest in railway's in particular heritage lines Railcam offers a great insight to the operation of numerous lines and stations both here and abroad and at a very reasonable cost.

Lot's of great cameras at interesting locations around the country and on heritage railways. Friendly chatroom and user-friendly data pages to research movements on the railway.

I love the range of camera's and its a brilliant way to enjoy the trackside from your armchair

Generally good but camera angles are too distant or too faint to allow TOPS numbers to be visible.

It´s so unique and there is always something to enjoy.
From my Swedish perspective, through Railcam I have learned so much about British railways and it goes on!

Excellent trainspotting of many UK trains, entertaining chat room and lots of train information

It's just so easy and rewarding to keep an eye on all things 'railway'. The cameras are in some superb locations and pick up some really great views, and not just of trains! Try the Dawlish cams when there's a storm!

The members who post in the chat room are all friendly and knowledgeable and the moderators do a brilliant job of keeping things on the right track.

Railcam also provides a service for rail users - you can check the progress of your train and keep an eye out to see if the paltform is heaving before you even set off!

Highly recommended!
