What a difference! Just switched to this company after being let down by Natures Menu.
On my first order they were out of stock of one item on the order but very courteously rang and left a message letting me know and promising a refund.
That's customer service! Thank you.

Have been using them since we moved to Norwich from Cambridgeshire and have found their food and their service excellent. Have only used their click and collect service but have no reason to believe their delivery service would be anything less than excellent.

This is my first order as i have only had my SBT dog a week. She has been brought up on raw food so i wanted to continue. First thing i was surprised what good value raw dog food is considering the high quality of the food. Arrived next day in an insulated box..it was still frozen..Amazing
Will be ordering on a regular basis from now on

I've been a customer of this company for just over a year. Been buying raw dog food online for 10 years. This is the best company I've dealt with, and I've used quite a few. They have a good range of quality products, what I order is always in stock and I've never had any problems with the food or the order. On the one occasion something went wrong (down to DPD's failure to deliver) they put things right with excellent customer service - thanks Sarah! All in all, my three dogs and I are very satisfied customers!

After travelling back from living abroad for the last 2 yrs, and having a very limited variety of food for our French Mastiff (Webox) was the best stuff we could get. We are moving him back onto the raw diet he used to have. I found you by pure luck on Google, ordered a months supply straight off the bat and he is on his first week transition now. Top service from the team even shipped it early to avoid the hotter days. The boy is loving it already and we are seeing the changes in stool & attitude to food. 100% going to be a returning customer!

Raw dog food came today not in a refrigerator van and the top layer was defrosted. Not using this company again.

I have been using Raw Dog Food Company for over 2 years now and have a very healthy and happy dog to prove it. We order online and its delivered to our door. Last week we waited for our order, only to find it had been delivered to our billing address not our shipping address. Aagh, 20 kilos of raw meat with my friend but no storage.
Raw Dog Food stepped up, admitted the fault was theirs and managed a personal delivery within 2 hours of the mistake.
Unbeleivable service. I love this company and so does my dog.

Been with this company for nearly 5years . The advice given at the start was excellent . This resulted in our poorly 6 month Alaskan Malamute gaining weight as actually holding into her food . She immediately had bright eyes and her coat renewed into beautiful fur. I would recommend The Raw Dog Company for quality of food , helpful professional staff and now delivery, for pick up , in lots of different towns .
